Easy. Easy. Easy. I changed my mind during the 7 days and even that was easy. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the first vehicle was damaged in shipping (Carvana took full responsibility) and the vehicl even that was easy. The car buying process was VERY simple, probably one of the best honestly. No hassle, no haggle, just like it says everywhere. BUT they’re not exempt from human error, my cars odometer when received had mo the best honestly. No hassle, no haggle, just like it says everywhere. BUT they’re not exempt from human error, my cars odometer when received had more miles (roughly 400) than advertised, and you can’t return the car for free if it’s more than 400 driven, also a few clerical errors such as it states my car had a rear backup camera, it doesn’t. And they don’t help you for stuff like that, they’re just kind of like…oh well. But overall decent experience. More
Very easy to use. Carvana allowed me to buy the exact vehicle I wanted. The process was incredibly smooth. I did have issues with the app and desktop. I went online, picked out the car I wanted, put in my vehicle information for the trade in, and BOOM. I got a new car delivered. Carisa pulled up in a flatbed the following Saturday, and did a superb vehicle information for the trade in, and BOOM. I got a new car delivered. Carisa pulled up in a flatbed the following Saturday, and did a superb job, let me test the new vehicle, sign some paperwork and swapped me cars. Excellent experience. Thanks carvana, and Carisa. I was told that my car would arrive one week after I ordered it. It was postponed the day before, and when I called them about it they "fixed the problem." The next morning I was called again and inform ordered it. It was postponed the day before, and when I called them about it they "fixed the problem." The next morning I was called again and informed that the problem was not fixed and the delivery would be delayed another 5 days. On the actual delivery day, I was called and told that it would be late because, despite having the extra 5 days with the car, decided that that morning was the best time to replace the brakes before delivery. When the car did arrive, it had 2/3rds of a tank of gas, and wasn't charged (it's a plug-in hybrid). The lack of battery made it so I couldn't do the full test drive experience because I wasn't able to experience the full electric mode. Finally after I came back from the test drive I asked a out a notification that the car displayed that basically indicated the car needed its brakes replaced, but was in fact, a broken sensor. At this time I was left I. The position of either not having a car by declining what I had received (since I had planned around getting rid of my old car just around the delivery day of the new car) or accepting it with the responsibility of getting the sensor fixed myself. Fortunately it is covered by warranty, but the only place that cN fix it is apparently the dealership, which is an hour away. Also my 7 day wait period expired prior to me being able to fix the car. Furthermore, after my initial frustrations, I was told that I would be contacted by a representative to discuss the issues and possibly have a small amount of compensation. This still has not happened. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and far from the stress free and simple experience that was advertised. More

Having a good selection , good photographs and service history of the cars help me decide to purchase a car on carvana the car I bought is in excellent condition and the purchase process was easy.
