Again, the onus is on me! I contacted Silver Rock after my mechanic recommended new tires and a very overdue oil change. Their response was they would probably agree to the oil change but not the tires, and oh yes, go to Pep Boys and wait for hours while they tell me this! This is incredibly bad customer service. I had my mechanic repair the tire (big piece of metal in it) at my expense. Not even an offer to compensate me for this tire which arrived that way!

Why would I call the same group of advocates that either cut me off, disconnected the line, or didn't respond or told me they'd get back to me and didn't and also didn't do their jobs the first 6-7 times I contacted them? And by the way CARVANA has sent me 2 more emails stating the truck I wanted is still available, the same truck is back on the site and still shows under "Basic Information" as "Beige Exterior Color" with Yellow photos, so the problem is still not fixed.
