I’ve reached out 3 separate times with no resolution. Why would I anticipate the outcome to be different this time? Two times I phoned that number, the third time was via the chat feature. What a waste of time. You have my information, just get your back office organized, process the paperwork and get the Certificate of Title sent to me. This really shouldn’t be beyond your back office’s scope of ability.
