Worst experience ever. I wish I would have thought to check the BBB rating prior to purchase. I purchased my truck in February - Financed it through Bridgecrest (who Carvana uses) and paid off the loan check the BBB rating prior to purchase. I purchased my truck in February - Financed it through Bridgecrest (who Carvana uses) and paid off the loan in full on March 15. It's October 18th and I still haven't receive the Certificate of Title. I have contacted Carvana numerous times and just get the run around and they won't accept any type of responsibility - just passing the blame to the DMV saying they are so busy and I need to be patient. I just filed a BBB compalint - do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience. More
I Have to return my car to Carvana after them failing to provide registration and title documents after 11 months! constant run around and lies from them! Do not buy from this company. It has happened to numerous people and they have had their dealer licenses suspended in certain areas for the same problem. Buyer beware! More

This was a great experience. I really appreciate the great attitude of everyone that helped us. Everyone was professional and polite. I was surprised that it was that easy. I was intimidated and almost great attitude of everyone that helped us. Everyone was professional and polite. I was surprised that it was that easy. I was intimidated and almost didn't do it but it was easy. I will always give Carvana first chance to earn my business. The price was better than every dealer I spoke with. The vehicle was delivered to my daughter on a big clean white truck. Not on a trailer but on a huge truck with the vehicle sitting flat and level. She was so impressed with the delivery. They also added a gift basket that my daughter loved. She couldn't believe it. More
We purchased 2 cars from Carvana and had an excellent experience each time. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend experience each time. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend More
Process was easy, customer service was good overall, one glaring issue that's yet to be resolved. The car arrived needing $2,000 in maintenance (all brake pads, two rotors, shocks, and struts) according to glaring issue that's yet to be resolved. The car arrived needing $2,000 in maintenance (all brake pads, two rotors, shocks, and struts) according to a service provider approved by SilverRock (the company that supposedly insures you for repair issues up to 100 days/4,000 miles). According to the service approved provider I used, SivlerRock fights tooth and nail not to pay what their APPROVED providers quote, even suggesting many parts be taken out of junkyards. For this reason, the service provider is trying to exit their contract, but they filed the claim for me so they could fix as they're still bound to the terms. I received this estimate of $2,000 before my 7 day trial was up, and then a claim was filed, I still have not heard back from SilverRock about the claim and am now outside of the 7 day window with Carvana. Essentially, I may or may not be out an extra $2,000 due to Carvana's lax pre-purchase inspection and their relationship with SilverRock. For now, I can't recommend, but I will update if the outcome is consumer-friendly. Carvana told me that since I'm in my 7 day window, I should proceed with SilverRock on these wearable parts because "coverage is differnt since you're in the 7 day window", though SilverRock seemed less enthused to cover this when I talked to them, just vaguely said that "they're authorized to look at it in that window" More
My experience with Carvana has included many expectations that have not been met, hours on the phone, and damage to my vehicle which was not noted in the listing. While the order and delivery process were qu that have not been met, hours on the phone, and damage to my vehicle which was not noted in the listing. While the order and delivery process were quick and efficient, the post sale team and their communication with SilverRock (the company which handles repairs for Carvana) has been severely substandard and unacceptable. The delivery driver was very thorough/professional, and pointed out a number of cosmetic/functionality defects with the vehicle that were not noted in the listing. She was quick to photograph all of the damages and said that I would be hearing from SilverRock with next steps for repair. I followed up numerous times with the Carvana post sale team and was reassured that the repairs would be covered. After dropping the vehicle off at the dealer, Carvana informed me that they had sent the appropriate exceptions over to SilverRock to cover both the diagnostic fee (to figure out why my trunk did not open) and the necessary repairs. Total parts and labor for the repair was $2548.12 and diagnostic charge $344.00 + tax. SilverRock wrote back to the dealer saying they would cover only $215.31, which did not even cover the cost for them to diagnose the issues with the vehicle. After numerous calls back and forth between Carvana, SilverRock and the dealer, I was assured by multiple Carvana associates that the appropriate exceptions would be given to SilverRock and that the full cost would be covered. My car was stuck at the dealer for 11 days waiting for SilverRock and Carvana to pay for the diagnostic and repairs. Despite hours on the phone, waiting for callbacks that never came, and many reassuring expectations set by Carvana, no money was paid for repairs and I was forced to pick up my vehicle and pay for the almost $400 diagnostic charge out of my own pocket. If I had not paid for the fee myself, my car would still be stuck at the dealer waiting for Carvana and SilverRock to figure out next steps. Carvana set expectations many times, and has not followed through at all to date. I would caution prospective buyers about the resolution process when issues arise with Carvana, as they over promise and underdeliver consistently. More
