After a disappointing experience with Vroom where they gave me one price, but attempted to have me sign a contract with a lower price, I ended up selling to Carvana with a super easy process and a higher gave me one price, but attempted to have me sign a contract with a lower price, I ended up selling to Carvana with a super easy process and a higher offer than Vroom. The paperwork was super easy, the appointment was convenient, the hand off was very easy as well and the guy who picked it up was super nice. He even fedexed back the toll pass I forgot in the car. The only drawback is that apparently the check he showed up with couldn't be deposited via online banking and I had to go into the bank to do it, which seems to be a common issue. Overall very satisfied with the experience. More

The process for trading in our vehicle was incredibly simple and smooth. While the car and the delivery were solid. There was a lot of confusion around the delivery, had to call and spend an hour on clearing up.
