Thanks for the response but it’s hard to believe that it is sincere when you use the same response to others on this very website. Two week delays don’t just happen and your customers deserve to be kept in the loop. I received a text less than 24 hours before my scheduled delivery advising of the delay. If you are truly “always looking to improve the customer experience” start there.
