The requisition of the vehicle was easy, everything after was a complete nightmare. My delivery was pushed back two days due to an "unforeseen manpower issue" an hour before it was scheduled. There was a rep who called me earlier in the day to review documents and confirm my delivery. My truck drivers work 12 hours a day so I know who is present and who is missing at the start of shift and we always have to find a way to deliver. For this to happen last minute was unacceptable. The vehicle was also dropped off needing an oil change. I was told by the driver dropping the car off that someone would be in contact with me. No one called. Upon driving to work the next day I noticed a shaking when I held the vehicle at 50mph or higher. Got an appointment at my local repair shop as soon as I could get it in. Repair shop submitted a work order on Saturday afternoon but didn't receive confirmation until Monday morning. The reason the car needed repair was that there were soft and bald spots on each of the tires caused by sitting on the lot for too long. It doesn't seem like they move cars around at the Carvana site and typically Silver Rock doesn't cover tires. After calling each facility numerous times the repair got approved. The communication between Silver Rock and Carvana is minimal. One always refers you to the other. I'd rather spend 12 hours at a dealership buying a vehicle than every going through Carvana again. Ways to improve: Do an ACTUAL quality check before delivering vehicles and hire a Quality Manager Move vehicles around the lots daily Bridge the gap in communication between Silver Rock and Carvana Hire a Transportation Manager to oversee deliveries and get an expedite company. Get an ARO pool for employees who call off. Extend the 7 days to something more feasible like maybe 10? Not everyone can get their car to a shop during the week. Offer the option to pick up the vehicle if it cannot be delivered. Carvana has a lot of work to do. More

Post Sale care could use a little tweaking but I am confident Carvana and Silver Rock will continue what has already begun; true customer care. More

I’ve purchased a lot of cars from a dealerships and I absolutely dread it. Dealing with the salesman and there "what do I have to do to put you in this car today" or the F&I guy trying to sell you all th absolutely dread it. Dealing with the salesman and there "what do I have to do to put you in this car today" or the F&I guy trying to sell you all these extended warranties and let's not forget about the time waiting at the dealership. I spent about 10 minutes on the app buying a car. In about 10 minutes picking up the car at Carvana in Austin. The car was clean license plates on it and ready to roll. Staff was exceptional. I will definitely purchase my next car from Carvana More

I have purchased many cars throughout my life and I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest transactions overall. Earlier in 2021 I purchased another vehicle for our family from Vroom. That transact honestly say this was one of the smoothest transactions overall. Earlier in 2021 I purchased another vehicle for our family from Vroom. That transaction was riddled with hiccups and the customer service was horrendous, so needless to say I was holding my breath when I purchased my car from Carvana. I was really impressed from start to finish. The customer service was impeccable and it truly was mainly an online experience. I think I spent barely 5 minutes with a customer service rep at pickup because so much work was done upfront online. That's how I preferred it. I would rank Carvana first in purchase convenience, followed by Carmax, followed by Vroom, then bringing up the rear would be traditional used/new car dealership. I'm set for a few years on my cars but I wish I could purchase another one through Carvana as I enjoyed it so much. The only room for improvement I could pass along revolves around the filters you can use to select your car. As example, adaptive cruise control was very important to our family for this purchase but Carvana's filters don't have that option as a selection. It forced me to use a competitors website (Cars.com) to filter for the make, model, and trim of cars with that option then use that information to search on Carvana's website. All in all, I recommend and will be a repeat buyer when it's time again. That should say all that you need to hear. More

Oh boy where do I start? The Experience looking for a car and ordering it and getting approved was really really easy. But they getting it delivered it was a whole nother story. I have three delays a lot of auto updates nobody could give me any answers and I got my car and the guy who delivered it was absolutely awesome but my experience was so stressful I spoke to and probably yelled at more than six people. I ordered one car was supposed to get it 5 days later the time rolled around nobody called nobody showed up nobody updated me and said oh it's going to be another week so I waited in a day before such be delivered they said sorry it could be delayed for another three weeks so I got mad and ordered a different vehicle and this one wasn't due into a certain time so I knew it was going to be delayed to this time that's fine but when it finally rolled around the time for it to show up I got a phone call the day of telling me the my car is being delayed even though the day before I got an auto update saying everything was great and then come to find out the vehicle was damaged four days before I got this phone call not by anybody's fault from the company somebody hit the transport truck found that out 2 weeks later. Look I understand mistakes happen you know things like that but you need to be more transparent with your customers I love my car she's a really pretty car I got exactly what I wanted there was a mild glitch you guys got it fixed right away and she's doing great those are the complaints I have other than that you gave me an opportunity the number many companies would have and it just made it very stressful for me so other than those problems thank you very much.
