Everything went well with our experience. The only issue we have had is that the car we bought was heavily smoked in and that was not shared with us. We traded our car in at this dealership too and we were we have had is that the car we bought was heavily smoked in and that was not shared with us. The available vehicle selection was good and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Financing was quick and easy and for the most part not too much paperwork involved with the whole tran dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Love the car but came with broken seat latch and missing door code. Then, the drive side door panel fell off. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could. This was the easiest, friendliest way to purchase a car. They don’t stand by their promise. During delivery I was told the tires were bad and needed to be replaced. They said if I took the car that day they would put through an ASR (after sales repair) for the ti told the tires were bad and needed to be replaced. They said if I took the car that day they would put through an ASR (after sales repair) for the tire replacement and it would be no problem to have it done… not true, they never did that and their warranty company denied… now I am being told that they have to do a special review at Carvana because the advocate was not a mechanic.. Honestly it doesn’t matter if he was a mechanic or not, there was a promise made that they should hold themselves to. It is sad because outside of this, everything was going quite well. More
