After much frustration and getting many people involved this issue has been resolved. I would like to thank publicly 2 people from Carvana for their work on the final steps to get the approvals over to SilverRock.. Vinchenzo and Joe B went above and beyond and worked hard to get this fixed. I just wish it didn’t come down to these reviews and the BBB complaints to really get the work completed.
