I received a car with a service engine light on. Was told to bring it to an approved mechanic, and found the car I just received needed an oil change, which Carvana doesn't cover. Paid $90 for an oil c told to bring it to an approved mechanic, and found the car I just received needed an oil change, which Carvana doesn't cover. Paid $90 for an oil change on day one. On day two I found a puddle of oil in my garage due to the plug not being properly replaced by mechanic. So I had the car for a total of three days, two of which it was in the shop. Not impressed, and believe I should be reimbursed for the oil change. Disappointing to say the least, and hate sharing such a negative first time experience when asked. More

I called in to check the status of my documents. The guy on the phone was SUPER helpful and seemed almost as excited as I was about me getting a new car! Also, the two people that dropped off my vehicle, I on the phone was SUPER helpful and seemed almost as excited as I was about me getting a new car! Also, the two people that dropped off my vehicle, I forgot their names, I only remember it was the man's first drop off and I think his first day, they were super friendly and even got me a little gift bag with goodies in it that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED! Was an AWESOME surprise! More
