I purchased a car at the end of July with a original delivery time of August 7th. On August 5th I was informed the car had suffered some damage on the rear windshield and it needed to be fixed and it wi delivery time of August 7th. Carvana didn’t have another vehicle listed with the same characteristics of the one I wanted from day one. The next delivery date was scheduled for August 25 and the car was not delivered to me. I was told that was a transportation issue and the new delivery date will be August 31st. Guess what? They called me saying the car had suffered more exterior damage before it was transported to the final destination and now I have to wait until September 10. I honestly thinks this dealer is a scam and the inventory they show online is fake. I hope they improve their systems and stop messing around with people’s time and money. All they give you is a bunch of lies. Sincerely, A furious customer. More

Quick, painless, accurate, non-pressured, helpful, etc. etc., it was simply an all around great experience. I was able to pre-order, take the time during pre-order to get my trade-in ready, get docs ready, etc., it was simply an all around great experience. I was able to pre-order, take the time during pre-order to get my trade-in ready, get docs ready, receive 'ready to view' notification of the 360°, view the details of the 150 point inspection, and start the buying process smoothly -- twice. On my first attempt to purchase with Carvana, I'd started new employment and did not realize that offer letters would not suffice (I work with mortgages, where they are acceptable), so I missed that opportunity and decided to do it again 2 weeks later once I had a pay stub. It worked perfectly as this go-around was the exact vehicle, down payment, pricing I wanted. I thought I'd have to submit everything again, but I noticed after I updated the pay stub with offer letter, the submission pages skipped on through since I'd previously submitted for purchase and trade-in info (ID, odometer, pictures, etc. etc.) making my second attempt even faster. I received a call quickly just requesting an updated 10 day pay-off, but she quickly realized she could pull the information - and she updated the payoff, updated my car payment (decreased) and completed the entire approval while I was on the phone with her. I requested delivery the upcoming Sunday for 11am, received a call that morning after 9am checking to see if it was okay to come a little early at 10:30am -- it was perfect timing. The transition was smooth for purchase, test drive, and trade-in. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and to assist. I've been wanting to try Carvana for a couple of years; glad I had the opportunity to do so. More
