And then made it impossible to remove without me jumping through a tremendous amount of hoops. I am sure a normal person would give up and just pay it. Then they delivered my suv I bought for my daughter 9 hours late with a smashed mirror, extreme scratches not on the pictures, a missing key (picture showed two of them), and a multitude of mechanical problems. btw, my first purchase was flawless. So I would have been understanding if one out of two of my interactions with customer service hasn't been a nightmare. More
From start to finish, Carvana made the entire process smooth and efficient. I loved looking at their large variety of cars online, and also loved having time to sort out my finances and figure out what I smooth and efficient. First car I ordered was mislabeled as a sl (luxury) model vs the s (base) model I received. In addition, the car was far from being detailed appropriately for delivery with the delivery person saying they pu vs the s (base) model I received. In addition, the car was far from being detailed appropriately for delivery with the delivery person saying they put in for a $100 detail certificate. The second car I ordered was delayed 5 days which was a huge letdown however; when I picked it up, it was in much better (clean) condition than the first car. Unfortunately at delivery there were multiple cosmetic issues that were not denoted on the inspection report. Although Carvana agreed to pay for the repairs, I now have to arrange to take it in to a body shop. The online purchasing and delivery process were splendid, easy and quick with the highlight being the Carvana vending machine. More
Ordered a car there system glitched erased my order and I even have an email verification from my first one. Now I don’t have a vehicle currently because of the system glitch and they haven’t even done much even have an email verification from my first one. Now I have to pay shopping on my car which last time it was free so the 200 bucks means nothing!!! Very disappointed in this service and how they aren’t willing to resolve. More
Every step of this process was unorganized and frustrating. They wrote the wrong terms in the contract, told me an hour before my delivery it wasn't going to show up, and lied about a delivery re frustrating.
