The process went pretty smooth. You're informed throughout of what documents are needed, etc. Each time I called the staff was very accommodating. The issue's came after delivery. Immediately after driving, less then 10 miles the power steering light came on causing difficulty to turn the wheel. Then, I was not able to close the sunroof. All this within 20 of having the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed and angry. My children were in the car when the power steering issue took place. I took the car to a dealership (out of network) but covered because of a recall. The sunroof needed a new motor. My concern is. How was the car delivered to me with these issues? I drove less then 10 miles before discovering them. What kind of initial inspection does Carvana actually do? Started the process off on the wrong foot with multiple delivery delays. First vehicle finally showed up after two missed delivery dates in worse cosmetic condition than described. Found a vehicle to swap and somewhere along the process customer service dropped the ball and had to set up as a new purchase with an additional credit check/information verification. Quite annoying. Multiple phone calls lasting upwards to an hour to fix. They had lost the trade amount for the vehicle and were trying to offer less with a “new” estimate. Complete disaster. Once fixed took 11 days to get the “swap” vehicle. Delivery this time went off without a hitch arrived early and in great condition. Only issue with it was it showed up without a charging cable (EV). Carvana promised to remedy but still waiting for that to be taken care of at the moment. Had went over the allowed milage for the previous vehicle due to the lengthy wait for delivery but thankfully they waived any fees due to the logistics holdup. Overall I’d say I’m happy with the purchase of my 2018 Chevy Volt but this whole process was way more of a headache than it needed to be. While this is a great way to purchase a vehicle it is nowhere near the “no hassle” experience advertised. I have had less stress buying from dealerships. More

Car arrived with chemical damage all along the windows and within a week i already have a splashguard hanging off the bottom. Wasn't visible online. I would highly recommend avoiding the company at all costs. More

Amazing experience!!!! So simple and easy to purchase a new car and trade in my old one! My only choice for future buys! Great Experience all around and was so simple and easy! I completed paperwork in less than 30 minutes, was approved, scheduled my delivery date. They came with my new car, unloaded it and loaded my trade in vehicle! Only had to sign a few forms for registration and good to go! :) More
