Hate Hate Hate every aspect of Carvana! I trusted them & ended up with a “lemon car” Every time something needed repair it was a tremendous hassle including the windshield, driver door inside rod that was h ended up with a “lemon car” Every time something needed repair it was a tremendous hassle including the windshield, driver door inside rod that was hot glued fell out as I was driving, transmission skipped gears, door lining shredded, left over paint on both outside door mirrors plus not getting the $500 from previous customer referral & now the a/c runs warm plus rusted holes in rotors which I’m accused of doing even tho car was in Michigan for 8 years & there’s no rust in Phoenix This is a safety hazard that silverrock passes the buck on-our mechanic gets a different answer each time he calls claim Dept There’s nothing positive to say about Carvana- this dealership has given us insurmountable stress & numerous problems-Silverrock is extremely difficult to work with & there’s no support from Carvana The 150 point inspection every car is supposed to go through just doesn’t happen or dried hot glue wouldn’t be falling out of the inside of the driver door while driving plus filthy oil that couldn’t have been changed etc etc etc More
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Immediately after our car arrived, a total of six, I repeat SIX, warning lights were flashing. How is that even possible for a car that was “certified” used car to have almost arrived, a total of six, I repeat SIX, warning lights were flashing. How is that even possible for a car that was “certified” used car to have almost every warning light on after it had supposedly undergone a rigorous inspection. Among the warning lights that were flashing, was the airbag light which was absolutely terrifying to think it was not functioning properly. After calling, I was pushed to Carvana’s limited warranty provider, Silverrock. Make no mistake, Carvana will try to sell you a piece of xxxx car and push you off to deal with a third party. After calling Carvana back, and maneuvering their automated system, I was on hold for over an hour. The customer service was among the most inept I’ve ever encountered with seemingly zero disregard for rectifying the situation. Deeply disappointed and disgusted with the way Carvana conducted business, and I strongly encourage others to stay away. More
