Attempted to purchase a car from Carvana. Initial purchase was okay and easy, then came delivery. Come the next delivery day, Carvana is a no call, no show so I call them to find out there is yet another delay and another 2 weeks! One the third delivery day, I was informed that morning there was ANOTHER delay and it would be ANOTHER two weeks! At this point I am also told there was "damage" to the car that was taking longer to be fixed than expected. I have since canceled the order and will never consider Carvana again as they are a scam company. Avoid at all cost. More
I was disappointed with the exterior cleanup of this car. There was a lot of polish residue that should have been cleaned off. The tires were sprayed with some shine of sorts that was not done evenly so it looked very poor and the wheels were not cleaned well. I was a little nervous about this whole process... I am thrilled with the outcome! My car is exactly what I wanted! No haggling at the dealership, 30 minutes to complete the entire process and my car was o thrilled with the outcome! My car is exactly what I wanted! At the time of writing, I have had my recent vehicle purchase in the shop longer than I have had it out of the shop. On June 16th, 2021, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Carvana. The Sienna was del purchase in the shop longer than I have had it out of the shop. On June 16th, 2021, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Carvana. The Sienna was delivered to my Louisville address a week or so later. I was drawn to Carvana due to the convenience and the confidence the company presents. I was resolute that I was purchasing a vehicle that had been thoroughly checked over for issues. The reality unfortunately did not meet the marketing promises. I am now having an entirely brand new transmission installed in the van, and I have wracked up $1,715.98 in rental vehicle costs, a majority of which will not be covered by SilverRock. My van was also misdiagnosed and I have paid an additional $216.73 for a transmission flush that was ultimately unneeded. I feel deceived by Carvana, considering the Check Engine light came on the first day of owning the Toyota Sienna. This transmission issue was present from day one when the van was delivered. If I had known that the transmission was bad, I would have returned the car the very next day as part of Carvana's 7-day return policy. However, SilverRock’s preferred mechanic told me the transmission was in great condition. This was an offensively blatant misdiagnosis of the issue, and I feel utterly betrayed. I cannot tell you how difficult this experience has been on my family and me, and how much trouble it has caused us. Not to mention how much money I put out that day and the days since. 
 At this time, I cannot recommend Carvana to anyone. I was sold on the idea that your company stands behind the quality checks that your company provides, and I was sadly let down by the reality that this is the furthest from the case. I hope that, as a respectable company, that you will change the date of the claim to show the actual breakdown date of July 2 and that you will reimburse me for the full cost of the rental. I want to praise Carvana for being a model of car-buying in the 21st century, but at the time of writing, I cannot in good conscious suggest Carvana as a legitimate option.

I ordered a car on July 3rd from Carvana to be delivered in one week. They delayed the delivery 4 times and 1 month passed. Every week they called me at the delivery day, saying that the delivery was gonna in one week. They delayed the delivery 4 times and 1 month passed. Every week they called me at the delivery day, saying that the delivery was gonna happen that day, later I received a text message just 2 hours before the delivery, saying that the delivery was delayed again. This happened 4 times. The reason they gave me was that the car's rear bumper needed to be replaced because its paint got damaged for some reason they could not explain. There is no communication between their employees sitting in their room and looking at a computer with employees at the shop. Customer services didn't know where the car was at any point. They couldn't even call the shop and learn what was going on. The person I spoke to said he could only email them and call me back but he never called. At the end, they recommended me to pick another car and that car was delivered on time, on August 6th, without any issues. Also, I asked for a reimbursement for the insurance I had payed for a month, plus my commute to work every day for a month. They only gave me $350 discount for the second car I ordered, but they didn't reimburse me for the insurance I had to pay for the car I didn't even own. The amount of discount they made is not even half of the money I had to spent in last month. I needed to pay for Uber $35-40 every day to go to work and if I had to take public transport, I lost 1 hour on the way, every day. And I payed $330 for the insurance so my total expenses were around $1000 plus many hours spent on the way to work. I am really disappointed for the service I received. Delays can happen, I understand but they should have been honest with me with a realistic delivery day and make reimbursement for the money I lost because of their mistake. More
