Hands down, the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. We ordered our car on Tuesday and it was delivered on Sunday, our advocate was amazing and so knowledgeable. had. We ordered our car on Tuesday and it was delivered on Sunday, our advocate was amazing and so knowledgeable. More
Was not sure of this type of buying experience--but as it turned out, I could not have been more pleased. Every one that I dealt with was so helpful. So far--the car has been great. Pickup: Received a notification at 5pm the night before that my pick up was rescheduled, then got a call at 8:30 the next morning saying the car was there but they left no number to call back on. The wait time on hold was 1.5 hours. Not a great experience. The car had more paint damage than was highlighted in the website but ultimately I decided to keep the car due to the low mileage and where the additional paint damage as the cost of buying a car online More
Purchase and financing process was so easy and quick it was almost scary. Got a good deal on the vehicle and decent value on trade-in. Once I decided on a vehicle I had contracts signed and everything with was almost scary. Got a good deal on the vehicle and decent value on trade-in. Once I decided on a vehicle I had contracts signed and everything within about 15 minutes. I opted to pick the car up at one of their locations. I signed a few papers, gave them the keys to my trade-in, and got my car all within another 15 minutes. When handing over the car, the rep noticed a barely noticeable scuff on the console that hadn't been documented. He initiated a claim under their warranty company to have that fixed and Silver Rock contacted me the next day with instructions. UPDATE: It's been nearly 3 months and my car is not registered. I've called multiple times and get the runaround. They keep promising to have someone call me with an update but it never happens. First they said they needed a receipt that I paid the taxes, but they don't since I am transferring my tag. At the end of July they said they needed another form. I filed a complaint with the state DMV since by law they are required to register my car within 45 days. They told state DMV rep that registration application was sent to DMV on 7/29, but that was a lie. They didn't get the document they said they needed back from me until 7/29 (FedEx), and when I called on 8/3 rep told me that they still hadn't even registered in their system that the document was received to connect it with my account, so application could not have been sent in yet. I have been trying to refinance vehicle, but that's all on hold until the car is registered. Meanwhile, when my temporary tag expired at the end of June, they sent updated temporary registration for a state I've never been to, for the wrong car. They since updated that to correct car, but the tag may not even be legal to drive on in my state based on my state's law related to registration requirements. Buying the car was initially easy, but I can't recommend them due to extreme delays and dishonest practices related to legal registration of vehicle. More
