I got my 2019 hyundai tucson last week and as far I know the car is in great mechanical shape and the process was pretty easy. My only complaint would be that I find it a little ridiculous that you guys can the car is in great mechanical shape and the process was pretty easy. My only complaint would be that I find it a little ridiculous that you guys can’t even give the car a thorough vacuum before you deliver the car. There were straw wrappers, a decent amount of crumbs and dirt in the passenger seat when it arrived. I also had been given 2 keys and one of them wasn’t working so the delivery lady put in a request for a new battery, that I still haven’t gotten or heard anything about. The following day the other “good” remote was struggling to work and I was stranded in my work parking lot until it decided to work and connect long enough to start. I should mention this car has a push to start so if the battery in the key fob is dead the car isn’t going to start. I had to drive immediately to the store and buy the new batteries and replace them myself, which is something I don’t think anyone should have to do after getting a new car. Especially since your prices are overpriced and I know I already overpaid for what that car is worth. i know batteries are pretty cheap, but at the minimum they should be included for an overpriced car and the lack of a final cleaning and not making sure the key fobs are functioning really shows the level of care. More

Most of what was advertised about the vehicle was true. I did not like that they left out a few issues that would've altered my purchase. The pick-up drives like a new truck. Clean, good tires, and clean interior and engine compartment. The trade in and purchase transaction went smoothly. The car was missing the passenger side mirror when received and repair is in progress. Ordering the car was very easy and painless. Once I got the car it was not what I expected. Leaked oil, interior smelled like smoke (they should disclose) and was not clean. I ended up returning the car because I couldn’t get a guarantee they would cover all the issues. Actually I swapped it for a different car. The new car was delayed in delivery but once it showed up it was a better car. Very clean and no smoke or leaks. I brought it to a mechanic right away to have it checked out. They found a few things that Carvana covered and fixed for me. I would recommend Carvana and I think the first car was just a lemon. More
