It was missing our down payment which in turn raised the APR which increased our monthly payment. When we called to ask why this was changed we were told they had no idea how that happened and the only way to fix it would be to return the car and buy a new one with a new contract. Our monthly payment increased by $50. We could handle this but this might be a huge problem for other customers. 2. When we picked up the vehicle it did not have floor mats. The employee noticed they were missing and said he would order them and have them shipped to our home and it should take 2 weeks. Two weeks passed and we called in to see when they would arrive and were told about 6 weeks. We called back in yesterday and were told the floor mats were never ordered and they would send us a giftcard for $100 to buy our own. They said that payment could take 6 weeks to get to us because they were backed up. It says all cars come with floor mats so I'm not sure why we were even allowed to pick this vehicle. 3. Horrible customer service. Once you receive the car this company thinks their job is over. We had to wait 30 minutes minimum each time we called in. Nobody seemed to know anything and had to reach out to others but would never follow up with us. This might seem like a convenient way to get a car but we will be headed back to a dealership next time. More

My car didn’t come when it was scheduled resulting in me having to pay $800 out of pocket to rent a vehicle for 10 days. On top of that, the dashboard is confusing and tells me I need to provide paperwork I having to pay $800 out of pocket to rent a vehicle for 10 days. On top of that, the dashboard is confusing and tells me I need to provide paperwork I don’t have in order to complete certain steps. Then I get a text saying those things have been completed and I have no idea what to believe. I also purchased a car but continue to get emails saying my “deal” is about to expire. And the emails I receive are unclear as to what I should do next aside from the continued countdown of how many days I have left to complete certain tasks. Calling on the phone isn’t helpful because I can hardly hear staff over the noises in the backgrounds that sound like screaming or barking at times. If I can hear the staff they haven’t been able to answer my questions and aren’t capable of getting through to the “main hub”. To top it off they took their sweet time completing my registration which resulted in my temporary plate expiring before my new plates arrived (they still haven’t arrived). I’m now at the point of possibly losing my job because I’m going on a week without transportation due to Carvana’s mess up, on top of the money out of pocket I had to spend for a rental at the beginning of this whole headache. I was hoping for a much better process than what this has been and I would NEVER use Carvana again. Next time I will just deal with a local car dealership I can trust. More
