The worst customer service experience ever. I was supposed to receive a check for $250 dollars from you and only received $175 for a car I bought in May. Still waiting for the balance. Almost everyone I have dealt with denies what I was told by other representatives until I forwaed the correspondence. You have cost me countless hours of my time trying to follow up on basic things and your supervisors are just as bad as your reps. I would never reccommend your company to anyone EVER!!! You people need to get it together. Also, I would still like to have someone get back to me on what I was discussing with Deriq, after being bounced around for two hours and promised a call back. The whole experience was and continues to be the most unprofessional transaction I have ever had. I am sure no one will contact me, because that appears to be the norm in this company. More
We found this purchase to be easy and professional EXCEPT - vehicle was not delivered in the 3 days the initial deal had stated - it took 3 weeks! The delivery date was set and cancelled 3 times. Love the vehicle we purchased EXCEPT it was not detailed as advertised - it looked like it was run through a quickie car wash - smears all over windows and inside doors and trunk and hood was caked in crud. They DID put one of those smelly things in it to make it seem clean. More
This was my first Carvana experience, and I would definitely use them again. I can't say that everything went perfect, but with the understanding that there are pros and cons to everything, there we definitely use them again. I found the selection of vehicles to be sufficient, the financing interest rate to be very competitive, the online process to be easy, and having the vehicle delivered right to my door was such a convenience! But the best part was the return policy. After three days, it was clear the vehicle I purchased was not right for me. So I went back online, selected a different one, called Carvana, and had the "swap" set up in under an hour. There were a few communication issues during the call, and a technical issue with their computer system, but in the grand scheme of things, my world didn't end. The biggest con was the transportation issues that arose while they attempted to get first vehicle to me. There were a number of delays, which resulted in my vehicle arriving almost two months after I purchased it. The second vehicle only took a couple of weeks to arrive. So if you want to buy a car and have it arrive in a week, or even two, the Carvana experience may not be for you. But otherwise, if you're willing to have some patience, and all of the other pros matter to you more, then I can confidently recommend Carvana. More

So, that afternoon I called my credit union to get a pre-approval for a car loan and hopped online at a few of the local dealerships to see if they had anything in their inventory that sparked my interest. That search lead to days of online shopping and anxiety of not being able to find something to fit my family and my daily Wisconsin commute. The search lead me to Carvana. I found the car I wanted that the dealerships didn't have. Never heard of Carvana (I don't watch TV much) and started reading reviews. I started the process. Carvana got me a better interest rate than my credit union and I was sitting in my new car in just a week. Because I was without a car, we opted to pick up the car at their Chicago location instead of waiting another week for delivery. Everything went seamlessly at pick up. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The 2 employees that were working were great, answered the few questions I had and had a few great conversations. The vending machine was awesome! It's now been a week after my purchase and I couldn't be more happy. The car is perfect! More

For most part a great first time experience, I did have a first pick vechile sold on me that I thought was mine, even waited for delivery. So I picked out another and after 2 missed delivery dates received a call that there was a title problem with my state. So I waited 11 days for problem to be solved, was promised $250.00 for my trouble and then vechile arrived. We are very happy with it and yes, we would do it again. Thank you Carvana More

Started out fine. Easy ordering and delivery process. However since then has been extremely disappointing. I was told the car was a non smoker this is not true. Funny that we didn't smell until after a couple of weeks after purchase when it was to lateto return. I was also told at delivery that the vehicle had a complete and thorough check which required the replacement of the two front tires. This is where I question the honesty of the process. Today less than two months after owning I was given a $400 bill for front brakes. There was absolutely no pad and the rotors had to be turned. The brake repair said this should have been seen especially if they replaced the tires as they claimed. Only as good as your word, especially in the car business. I work for Progressive Insurance for 27 years and regularly give total loss customers advice. I will not be recommending non local dealers and lesson learned for me.
