The account is under salvagedcreations@mail.com zip: 33974. I refuse to call again. As of this response, I have STILL not received the $75 balance owed me, and I was told that would be to me within 10 days from July 19th.

I understand your calls are recorded. I specifically asked Deriq to go back and listen to the conversation I had, where your representative flat out lied to me, and I never got a call back from him. It's a long time since end of day on July 19th.

Since my last response, I called Carvana. I spoke with yet another person and explained the situation. She assured me the balance of my check would be coming and that she would call me back to let me know for sure. She also said she would speak with Deriq and find out what was going on. Guess what? Again, no one returned the call. This is now absolutely disgusting. I have still not received the balance of the check and I am not holding my breath. I refuse to spend another 2 hrs of my time calling again for nothing to be done and no return call. If you really wanted to set this straight, someone would call me.
