I had an amazing experience. I went to two different dealerships that day drove the car that I wanted loves it and found it on carvana for over 2K less than the dealerships wanted. Handling everything in my own did get a little overwhelming but nothing that I couldn’t figure out. My car arrived on time, the person who dropped off my car was amazing and overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 Would recommend. More

The overall car buying process was painful and extremely frustrating. The first vehicle I selected was in the process of being purchased, unbeknownst to me until AFTER I completed my necessary steps to purc frustrating. Purchasing another vehicle was mired in problems and I am still experiencing difficulty. I was told I would receive compensation for my trouble which I have yet to receive. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating is because there were three team members that went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation to the absolute best of their ability: Kevin Huffman, who refused to deliver the car because it smelled like wet dog and was filled with pet hair and flea eggs. He had the vehicle professionally detailed and for that, he is a superstar! Christopher Robinson delivered my vehicle on his day off and has been with me every step since to help with the issues I am still dealing with three weeks after delivery. He is a God send and I'm happy he is my advisor! Janrei Villavicencio contacted me after learning of my horrible experience. He had a beautiful gift basket delivered with my vehicle and told me he would be sending a check (still waiting for that check, though) to help cover monies I was out because of the delayed delivery. Exceptional customer service on his part! More

This has been an interesting experience. The first vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Q5 premium plus model with all the bells and whistles. The delivery person noted a “service due” warning message and i vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Q5 premium plus model with all the bells and whistles. The delivery person noted a “service due” warning message and instructed me to have it looked at by one of their partner garages. Before I could get in for that appointment (July 4th holiday weekend) the A/C went out and the the stability control, parking brake, tire monitoring system, etc. went out as well. I called Carvana and told them the car was having major issues and not going to work. I was asked if I wanted to see if the things could be repaired, I was also given a 2 day extension on the 7 day test period. I decided to return the car and find another. I had found a 2013 Q5 that was the basic entry level car without all the bells and whistles and was able to trade for it. Carvana gave me a delivery date and then had to postpone that date. They gave me a small compensation for the delay. The 2013 model is working great. Carvana was easy to deal with, there was no hassle getting the car exchanged and I am waiting for the refund of the price difference. This would have been a higher rating had the original car not been delivered with a warning light activated. I’m not sure how thorough the 150 point inspection was. The only real negative from all of this is I liked the premium plus model with phone, navigation, etc., and was not able to find another one with acceptable miles. All I. All though, this was a pretty easy, hassle free way to purchase a used car. More

The delivery driver was late. I scheduled our delivery for 11:30am, during my lunch break. The Jeep was delivered at 1pm, 90 minutes late, which put me in a bad situation with my employer.
