Upon getting my car it was dirty both inside and out. They claim to do a vast inspection on the car yet I had 2 interior lights that were out and 1 exterior light. The cabin air filter was black and the engine air filter was really dirty also. Plus they kept moving my appointment time around. I've had the car a week and no follow up or anything. The car has trouble going into reverse from the transmission sticking and the engine oil is beyond dirty. Worst car buying experience ever from someone who "cares" so much about thier customers. More
The truck I ended up with is very nice, looks better then pictures, very happy, even with wait time it was well worth it. Im pretty frustrated with my purchase. It came with a cosmetic defect that wasn't included in the pictures and the very nice Michael, who brought it to us, told us how to get that fixed. The authorized repair shop has been so slow we are about to run out of time for that claim. Further, the rotors are rusted and a speaker is blown out and I guess I just expected more since it was supposed to be carvana certified, and already checked for these things. Even if I can get silver rock to cover, it is a huge pain to have to navigate getting all of these things done. I had a very positive selling experience with Carvana last year, and I hoped the buying experience would be the same. More

There were some cosmetic things that were not disclosed in the description of the car but Carvana fixed most of the issues right away. Complete waste of time. I spent all this time giving them everything they needed so I could get a car only to find out they sold it to someone else a couple days later. I turned everything in before their deadline but they did not put it in their system so they gave the car to someone else. When I called to see what was going on the guy just said “sorry can I help you find another car”. They will not get any of my service ever again. I jumped through all there hoops and they didn’t own up to their mistakes. More
This was my first time using Carvana. I was very impressed. It was an easy painless experience. They were in constant contact with me through the app or txt. However, once delivered I had 7 days to drive it, see how it fit in my garage, etc. More
