Got pre-approved for a vehicle, got a quote for my trade-in, was told my down payment would be $712.00. Started searching for a vehicle and found one. Started process and found out down payment was trade-in, was told my down payment would be $712.00. Started searching for a vehicle and found one. Started process and found out down payment was $9,300.00. Reviewed paperwork and numbers didn't reconcile. Tried connecting via chat with an advocate and was told none were available. Tried using available online resources and didn't find any answers so I went back to the chat. I waited for an advocate and connected but then was kicked out of the chat by the Carvana system. Tried a third time. Connected with an advocate and she said she'd answer my questions. Tgen I asked for clarification on the dollar amounts. She didn't respond. Five minutes later, I'm leaving this review. I'm surprised that a bait and switch company could advertise on television. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrible and they don't want to answer questions. More

This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. I was skeptical at first, especially spending so much on a car I’ve never even seen. With such a huge inventory, I was able to find a exactly what I wanted at a pretty fair price. I made a grand total of 2 phone calls during the process totaling about 20 minutes. The rest can be done from your phone which was great for me and my work schedule. I’ll never but from a dealer again. More

I love the car I bought from Carvana. However, I had MANY problems from delivery on. - My first delivery date was postponed, due to my new car not being picked up when it was supposed to. - The deli MANY problems from delivery on. - My first delivery date was postponed, due to my new car not being picked up when it was supposed to. - The delivery was NOT contactless, like it was supposed to be. - One good thing: the delivery man DID undo a tight license plate screw for me. - The delivery man did not leave us with the temporary operating plate when he found out we were transferring plates. But we needed the TOP until the registration came. - I requested and was promised two extra days in my trial period due to having to wait to get the TOP, but we didn't get the extra days. - Before the final day of the trial period, I was told via email and on the Carvana website dashboard that I was missing power of attorney forms, even though the customer advocate who called me said she couldn't see the status of the notarized POAs I had already put in a Fedex box. - Carvana said they had the registration card for my trade-in (the delivery man took it from me), but then they couldn't locate it. - The Carvana website was not always accurate/up to date. - I initially received the new registration card and title in my husband's name, not in the name of my trust, as requested. As of the time of this writing, I have received a corrected title, but have not yet received a corrected registration card. - A good thing: Carvana send me $100 to help make up for all the problems I experienced.
