Carvana sold me a car that was already sold. I purchased a vehicle with Carvana on July 13th to be delivered on July 18th. My bank requested images of the title on the same day before they could verify fund a vehicle with Carvana on July 13th to be delivered on July 18th. I received multiple calls from Carvana representatives over the next few days saying that I needed to submit my bank method of payment or my delivery date would be pushed back; each time I explained my bank was waiting on Carvana. On July 17th, I received a call from Montel who said that my delivery date would need to be pushed back by no less than a week because they still hadn't received verification of my lender funding method. I informed him just like everyone else that my bank was waiting on Carvana. So, he looked into the matter and called back letting me know that the vehicle I purchased had been sold at an auction on June 30th. To make matters worse, I was only offered a $250 check for the inconvenience, if I kept a vehicle past the 7 day money back guarantee date. More

I purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon back towards the end of January. It is now the middle of July I still have not received my registration or permanent plates. They have sent me paperwork through FedEx five d January. It is now the middle of July I still have not received my registration or permanent plates. They have sent me paperwork through FedEx five different times all times claiming that they need something different or there was something wrong on the paperwork. This issue has not been resolved as of today January 19th. I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will I encourage anyone to make a purchase More

Started process and found out down payment was $9,300.00. Reviewed paperwork and numbers didn't reconcile. Tried connecting via chat with an advocate and was told none were available. Tried using available online resources and didn't find any answers so I went back to the chat. I waited for an advocate and connected but then was kicked out of the chat by the Carvana system. Tried a third time. Connected with an advocate and she said she'd answer my questions. Tgen I asked for clarification on the dollar amounts. She didn't respond. Five minutes later, I'm leaving this review. I'm surprised that a bait and switch company could advertise on television. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrible and they don't want to answer questions. More
