I love the car I bought from Carvana. But we needed the TOP until the registration came. - I requested and was promised two extra days in my trial period due to having to wait to get the TOP, but we didn't get the extra days. - Before the final day of the trial period, I was told via email and on the Carvana website dashboard that I was missing power of attorney forms, even though the customer advocate who called me said she couldn't see the status of the notarized POAs I had already put in a Fedex box. - Carvana said they had the registration card for my trade-in (the delivery man took it from me), but then they couldn't locate it. - The Carvana website was not always accurate/up to date. - I initially received the new registration card and title in my husband's name, not in the name of my trust, as requested. As of the time of this writing, I have received a corrected title, but have not yet received a corrected registration card. - A good thing: Carvana send me $100 to help make up for all the problems I experienced. By far the best car buying experience I had in over 25 years. Carvana is the Uber of taxis and Airbnb of lodging. They take price haggling out and that's just the beginning of a fantastic experience. My delivery date was scheduled for the 6th of July, I requested an earlier delivery date and was guaranteed a date of 3rd July. Day before delivery I was notified after I had to follow up, that the date is now the 6th due to detailing reasons. On the 6th I was informed that delivery is now scheduled for the 18th of July. A slew of disappointments from these people for one vehicle. I was forced to purchase another vehicle and canceled the order on the one in question. That was delivered on time but it was never detailed, dog hair everywhere and it smell of ammonia. I was told I was only gonna be given a 100$ check to go towards a required 300$ detail. The carpet on the inside passenger side from the dash was ripped out and hanging. The vehicle wasn’t aligned and pulls to the right, the rear brakes or axle has a tapping sound and the car vibrates at idle. I took the car to the shop as I was trying to get ahead of the 8 day expiration and warranty, to NTB, where they said the car requires new motor mounts and that they hope that fixes the problem. LIVID!! And WHY!!! I contacted Silverrock requesting that I take this Ford to the Ford dealership where I feel secure and comfortable that the issue will be resolved. I was finally given the green light to do so. It’s been a rollercoaster and it’s just 7 days. More

It's been one nightmare after another. After speaking with a live person & completing purchase, I was advised to keep a look out for emails & text msgs. Instead, they called & needed me to upload info r with a live person & completing purchase, I was advised to keep a look out for emails & text msgs. Instead, they called & needed me to upload info re: my loan. Note: During the online purchase process it didn't require any uploads for loan info. This delayed the delivery date. Carvana also failed to complete 150 point check. Never looked under the hood (low fluids) or test drove vehicle (SEVERAL warning lights). Then got run around with warranty. Advised to go to an approved provider that in turn advised me to go to dealer for service. More
It was GREAT!, Quick and easy purchase.. Bought my car on a Saturday, paperwork was approved same night, Picked it up the following Tuesday! I recommend to anyone and everyone. I am super happy with my purchase and delivery. The delivery was on a stormy day but the driver still pulled through and got it to me after reviewing my paperwork. Great service. More
I want to say a big disappointment with regards to no promised call backs from more than one individual. I also found E-mails were promised to me but never happened. I had no help dealing with Silver Roc promised call backs from more than one individual. I also found E-mails were promised to me but never happened. I had no help dealing with Silver Rock. I will use a different source on my next purchase for a family member or just a car dealer. The car I purchased is fine and silver rock treated me fairly on three repairs. More
