I’d never recommend them or use them again. Between getting the car delivered to the wrong address and then getting the car registered incorrectly and the car now needs breaks. Absolutely the worst experience ever and still yet another delay on getting my wife’s car. Where do we start, first we bought a car that was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Then the first of many issues. The Maintenance person put gas into it so now the vehicle after signing contracts was not available. Purchased insurance and signed contracts no car. Carvana offered no help other than a $250 discount to find another car. So car number two. New contracts signed, insurance switched and now today another delay this time for a windshield supposedly after we have waited weeks for delivery and they are saying two more weeks and not help other than that. Absolutely the worst experience ever buying a car and no resolution. Save yourself they heartache and time. Buy from someone that cares about retaining their customers and resolving problems. More
The purchasing process was quick and easy but the rest has been a nightmare. There were issues with delivery delays. The delay was first supposedly due to an extensive inspection, then I was told the car was "not on the truck" and finally I was told that the battery needed to be replaced the morning of the delivery so the rep called to say he would have to drive my car around that morning to reset the codes. Delivery was scheduled 6/21 but occured 6/24. Very annoying to wait around. I had this car a week and my check engine light has came on. Of course it had to be on day 8 so it was just outside of the return window. My check engine light should not be on after the 150 point inspection. It is July 14th and I am still dealing with this. The thermostat was fixed quickly but the pasenger door latch came damaged and the part is being ordered so the car is at a repair shop. The mechanic is great and has been very helpful. There was also some paint damage that was not specified on the website. They agreed to fix it. Nice but I'll have to take my car to a paint shop also which is another inconvenience. Buying a car should not be this much work and stress. Definitely going with a brick and mortar dealer in the future. More

Super easy experience. They gave me a great deal for my trade in. They did have a little bit of a glitch on the website when I was trying to complete everything, but they were able to fix it right away and trade in. Upon receiving the car it was very easy, much better than the hard selling dealership experience you normally get. The guy loaded up my car, no trying to haggle on the deal or anything. The ease of picking out online was great. The delays in delivery, car not being detailed, fled that weren’t described in the ad were not. The process was pretty easy i’ll give them that, but i’m already having issues with the car i purchased and everytime i ask to speak with an agent no one will answer me until 8 plus hours later and they’re already having issues with the car i purchased and everytime i ask to speak with an agent no one will answer me until 8 plus hours later and they’re saying most of what’s wrong with my car won’t be covered under the limited warranty, it feels like they sold me a car that didn’t actually pass their 150 point inspection. i’m kind of disappointed and upset. i’m a. first time buyer and this is not how i wanted this to go. so now i’m stuck trying to figure out what to do because it’s past the 7 day period. just be careful i guess. Overall I was quite satisfied with the process of trading and purchasing a vehicle. It was delivered to me and the trade picked up and everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I didn't give it 5 stars due to the post sale paperwork. I waited 40 days for the paperwork to get the car registered. I had to request an extended temporary tag and because I was traveling had to find a print shop in another town and pay to have that all done so I could put it on the car. Then the paperwork I got was past the 30 day mark so I had to pay late fees. Not happy about that. More
