The name on the account is Kelly Deoliveira, I purchased a 17 Audi A3. The issue with contacting your “advocates” is they say a supervisor will call me back to help me with the issue and I’ve called multiple times and got told the same thing but no on ever calls back! I’ll never recommend this company to anyone because your customer service is terrible.

The last thing we want to do is inconvenience a customer in any way with a delay, in addition to having to go through the After Sale Repair process. In terms of the mechanical concerns you mentioned, all of our vehicles go through two separate inspections- our initial 150-point inspection and a second pre-delivery inspection prior to the delivery of the car. We understand that unexpected mechanical issues with your vehicle can be extremely frustrating, which is why we also provide a complimentary 100 day or 4,189-mile limited warranty for your peace of mind. We recognize that your experience does not end after your first week is over and will always remain an available resource to you.
