First, I really like my new (to me) Jeep. It is as described on the website. I was pretty leery about buying a car sight unseen, but felt more comfortable knowing there was a 7-day return policy. I had originally scheduled a Sunday delivery and pick up of my trade-in. I ended up having to take off of work on Monday for the delivery. They called me at the time it was supposed to be delivered stating it was being inspected and would be late. When I tried to get it rescheduled for Monday evening, I was told I’d have to come to the Carvana dealership by 4:30 to pick it up if I couldn’t be at my home to accept the car. The vehicle wasn’t “sanitized”. There were belongings from who I assume was the previous owner in the back floor board. I also spoke with 3 different Carvana advocates over the course of my purchase and delivery about wanting to transfer my tags. Each time I was told no problem but when the car was delivered, it has temporary tags and I was told that wasn’t possible because transferring tags is a 30-60 day process. I don’t understand that, I wanted to keep my plate and now I got an email this morning that “due to Covid” the registration process is delayed. They really need to be on the same page as far as what’s communicated to the customer. More
I was very satisfied with the service. They were timely polite and would answer any question if I had, had one without rush. Not expecting this car to get delivered with so many problems! Such an inconvenience… first I had to take it to get estimate on damage that wasn’t reported before delivery, now I have to wait to take it problems! Also, brakes, sunshade, rear speaker (sounds blown) not to mention the side mirrors not working properly. I am without a car today and probably tomorrow because they are having to fix all these problems! Not really happy! More
It was a great experience except for the month delay we had to wait. It was frustrating because we planned to get the car before we had our third child so it would be more convenient to get places. Easy to purchase, difficult to receive car was delayed, was not detailed, was actually dirty. It was delivered 9 days late had plenty of time to clean it. This is my 4th purchase and the only time they delivered a vehicle to me with a battery not working. How can you test drive for 7 days and the car had to be put in the shop to get a battery issue fixed. Not a vehicle to me with a battery not working.
