We have now purchased 3 cars from Carvana - after this experience we will never return. Though every Carvana worker I interacted with was kind, the process was an incredible pain. My delivery was rescheduled 3 times - the first after it had been confirmed for me literally five times over the phone and via text, and the rescheduling happened less than 24 hours in advance of my delivery time. Throughout the purchasing process, I was told over and over again that I was “all set, ready for delivery” and then contacted again because more information was needed. Carvana also switched my name back to my maiden name, invalidating all of my documents, without consulting me the day before my scheduled (though eventually cancelled) delivery. Finally, when we went to pick up the car after our THIRD cancelled delivery, the associates could not find my papers, dug through a literal bucket looking for them, and then wrestled with a printer for 20 minutes to recreate them, misprinting each document multiple times. They knew we were coming and no other customers were present, but the process took an hour. Finally, we were notified that our final day for the seven-day trial was on a Monday, when we’d received the car after 7pm the previous Tuesday. The car’s check-up with our mechanic was scheduled for Tuesday morning, well within the 168 hours of an actual 7-day trial, but apparently not within the trial by Carvana’s definition. I’m disappointed, angry, and frankly just totally exhausted by having had to interact with this company. I’m relieved we’re done with it, and will recommend others avoid this company. More
Two words…FALSE ADVERTISING. Carvana told me my vehicle came with a particular feature and then gave it to me without it. This happened after waiting over a month for my car because of transportation damage that took forever to get fixed. When it came time to make it right and fix the issue, they refused. It was an easy fix to make a customer happy after everything I had to go through, but they forced me to file DPTA complaint and take legal action. Make sure to double check EVERYTHING because they don’t. They’ll post false information to sell a vehicle and refuse to make it right. I like the concept, but I won’t ever buy from Carvana again. More

This was such an easy, and stressless transaction. I didn't have to argue about price of vehicle, trade in value on my vehicle, or be harrassed about financing with them. Started the process at 11:00 am didn't have to argue about price of vehicle, trade in value on my vehicle, or be harrassed about financing with them. Started the process at 11:00 am and by 6:00 pm I was at my bank signing paperwork. Thanks Carvana for making this process smooth. I will never step foot on a dealership lot again!!!! More
I really wanted this to be an awesome experience, and at first it really was! Financing was very easy, ordering the car was as well. When I got my car finally on June 9th, it was dirty on the outside, no problem, I expected that, plus they say they'll send a $50 giftcard for that reason, but I haven't gotten it. The inside was horrific! I first noticed the windows were spotted, then I noticed the back window had dog nose prints all over it, and in the back there was dog hair all over. I had called Carvana on June and advised of this, which they said they would send me a $150 giftcard. I'm in a small area, so the cheapest detail I can find is $250, but $150 was all they could send. I still haven't received that gift card, and it's July 6th. So not only am I out $100 for something that should have been done before I got the car, but I haven't even received the promised amount to help go towards that detail. Not to mention they kept saying they didn't receive my registration paperwork, even though I confirmed they did, but still kept sending me notices that I was facing legal action for not getting it in. I love my car! I'm disappointed in everything else. More

The worst service ever with a dealership. The departments over the phone have no communication, we had to provide our trade in information twice because it could not be found. Since we finance with a third party, they wanted us to sign the check that was made to Carvana, after explaining tryst it doesn’t work like that they were shocked. At pick up and signing docs, they wanted to put title work in my husband name only because according to their teams, title work can only be under one person. For the state of Arizona that is not correct! The car we purchase was so dirty and not clean, due to it was electric the car was not charged, and when we saw the car it was not what was on the website . Purchasing was easy. The delivery schedule was a train wreck. Moved delivery date multiple times. Paid interest on a car I didn’t have and after I had insurance placed on car the delivery date moved again wreck. Moved delivery date multiple times. Several inconsistencies that I was not pleased with regarding delivery. Car was in great condition as expected. Polish up your delivery process and I would highly recommend Carvana. As my experience goes I can recommend with some hesitation. More
