It is obvious that you didn't hold yourselves accountable in this situation. The vehicle was listed incorrectly on the website. There was no original window sticker in my case and the 360 degree tour of the vehicle and the pictures posted of the vehicle were what misrepresented what I was buying. I went off of what I saw in those pictures and the 360 degree tour and Carvana failed to deliver what was represented in its advertising of my vehicle. The 7 day money back guarantee was not a viable solution in my case. It would have complicated my situation even more. My questions and concerns are not going to be resolved by chatting with some 24/7 robot. Resolving my matter means putting the the customer first and taking a loss on a mistake you all made which your "leadership" refused to do. A $500 payment for an annotation error does not resolve this issuye which is bound to happen again until you do your due diligence and make sure sophisticated software in vehicles you sell is accurately listed. Just checked your website and the problem persists.

Thank you, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. I havent received the promised giftcard so i am still driving a new car covered in someone else's dog hair. I already have to shell out $100 of my own money to do what should have been done before I got the car, I'm not doing the whole $250.
