First, stop saying Carvana hold customer satisfaction to a high standard because you don't. If that was the case, I would have been the satisfied customer. You can not even fix things for your customer. Yo do not give a xxxx about your customers. So, stop lying about the things like customer service and enjoyable car buying experience. The most enjoyable part of my experience was the day I cancelled the xxxx agreement. I can not stand Carvana.
