Day 1: System message in dash says "Maintenance Required" and a second message pops up "Coolant Level Low". This after driving it and noticing that the digital speed, did not match the speedometer. Had the mechanic do an extensive inspection ($130) and this is what was found: First, my car needed a new water pump, new air filter, new cabin filter, a new speed sensor and for the tires to be balanced - these are all things that should have been found during Carvana's inspection, and were not. Second - the previous owner must have either smoked a lot or owned a dispensary. because the car still has a faint weed smell, and the 100 air fresheners found in the car didn't hide it good enough. I only mention this because nowhere in the description was it disclosed that the car was previously smoked in. The lever to adjust the passenger seat was broken, but rather than replace it, it was glued on (popped right off the second we tried to adjust it). Also, car was supposed to have navigation, but doesn't. I appreciate that I was also given a voucher to have the car cleaned / detailed - problem is the closest place they picked is an hour away so not helpful. Efficiency model needs to be looked at - Carvana is certainly big enough to partner with a business in my town to get a carwash locally - or is some of that afore mentioned, non-disclosed weed getting to me? While Bridgecrest did pay to have all the mechanical/maintenance issues fixed (over $1,100), I did not like that they wanted to argue with the mechanic about the price, ESPECIALLY when I was still in my 7 day window. I also didn't like that they wanted to fight over the "maintenance" issues since those aren't usually covered (but were missed during their (Carvana's) inspection) - fix it, or take the car back! If you advertise that the car goes through an extensive 150 point inspection and basic things are missed, I have to question the method of which these inspections are done. To be honest, if my wife didn't absolutely love the car, I'd of returned it. I hate to come off so negative, but I am all about accuracy and quality assurance, so the inspection element of Carvana needs to be looked at and the model needs to be adjusted because quite honestly, if I didn't have the car looked at, I'd be stuck paying for maintenance things that were supposed to have been checked / replaced and weren't. To anyone buying a car with Carvana, I'd highly recommend having a mechanic give the car an additional thorough inspection and use the 7 days as leverage like I did - either fix the missed issues or take the car back - simple as that. If you plan on keeping the car, GET THE WARRANTY - its worth the $30-50 extra a month. I'd also prefer a phone call, versus the 100 texts. In terms of good things - have to give Carvana customer service an A+. Agents have a way of making you feel like you've known then for a long time. They never argue with you and only assure you of finding a solution to anything - aside from American Express, Carvana has the best customer service I've dealt with so I appreciate that. Car Buying Experience - Honestly, I don't ever see myself going to a dealer again and I like that they deliver to your door step. Literally had my neighbor and dude across the street come over and ask the same question "What's it like?" (using Carvana). Price - Better than any dealership when researching prices for my car. Will I use Carvana again? Absolutely, but I will also have a mechanic look over the car/truck before my 7 days are up. Good Luck :) More
Getting the vehicle delivered a little longer then I wanted and expected but I know car dealerships have been extremely busy. Other then that super easy process. No hassle at all don’t have to sit at a wanted and expected but I know car dealerships have been extremely busy. Other then that super easy process. No hassle at all don’t have to sit at a dealership and walk through the lot to find a car go do paperwork to get back to financing which overall time is 4-5hrs. Carvana made that process quick and easy. Will definitely do this again on my next vehicle. More

Car was shipped to my city quickly, some damages in the shipping process. The dealer itself had their car vending machine down, so I didn't get to experience that. shipping process. The dealer itself had their car vending machine down, so I didn't get to experience that. More
