This is par for the course when dealing with Carvana. A TON of “I’m sorry” and “Unfortunately”. But the reality is, RESULTS don’t START with “I’m sorry” or “unfortunately”. Honestly, the level one person you get when you call the number are not allowed to do enough! Getting to the next level person (if you even get there) has the challenge of having to tell your story over and over. Why can’t the level one person just simply escalate the matter to the person they feel is the right level?
