Poor customer service. Delivery was late. Vehicle was damaged during delivery and 3 of the 4 truck mats were blown out of the truck. I had to get a rental car and received truck almost 2 weeks after del damaged during delivery and 3 of the 4 truck mats were blown out of the truck. I had to get a rental car and received truck almost 2 weeks after delivery date. I had to get a rental car during the waiting period. Currently I am still waiting on a delivery compensation check and truck mats for a $40,000 truck that I bought. I am very displeased with the customer service. More

We were very skeptical about buying a car through an app without ever seeing it. We read many reviews, and decided to give it a try. The purchase was very simple. The person that delivered the vehicle communicated clearly and consistently. Vehicle arrived as scheduled, and the condition exceeded our expectations. We inspected and test drove the vehicle while the delivery person waited patiently. Overall this was an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend Carvana to my friends and family. Thank you! Car took approximately 2 additional weeks to receive. First delay was for minor damage while loading vehicle. 2nd was a backlog in transportation. Car arrived with issue with LED monitor. SilverRock, agreed to cover the costs of the repair/replacement of defective part. It was a bit of a hassle having to explain to silverRock that their preferred repair shops could not do the required repair as it is a computer/system error. Had to call several times to get a waiver. So as of today, june 20, I still don’t have a working car, as it’s in the shop til next week for the part. Car was supposed to be delivered May 27. However, the process for purchasing was easy and the price was very reasonable. More
