We purchased a car and received it after 2 delays and a lot of frustration and a lot of work by a guy named Tyler. If it wasnt for Tyler we would have cancelled. We were told we would receive $25 a day for lot of frustration and a lot of work by a guy named Tyler. If it wasnt for Tyler we would have cancelled. The car buying process was very easy compared to going to a dealership. I signed my contract immediately and verified my funds available the same evening. Since I was out of the delivery zone my car had to be delivered by a 3rd party. It took several days to even identify a carrier. When the car was delivered there were cars parked in my street. These were not my cars and the delivery driver wanted me to go ask my neighbors to have their car moved even though I had no idea who’s car it was. The least satisfying part about my purchase was that there was a 7 year old battery in the vehicle that needs to be replaced. The delivery driver had to jump start the car and told me “the battery is no good”. I just paid $20,000+ to buy a car from you and you can’t even provide a functional battery? I was very disappointed with that and it really ruined my overall experience. More
