Everything went well, was super, super easy, and was truly a one stop shop for everything. Love the 7 day trial period too. Finding a vehicle which would fit my budget and lifestyle, yes Carvana did manage to create a great database to search from. However, that is the only reason they get a star at all. If you purchase a vehicle from Carvana, expect zero communication. You will not know what is going on with your purchase whatsoever! When you try to call them or their maintenance partner, Assurant, expect to wait on hold for 30+ minutes, each time. My vehicle was delivered to me on 4/2. Today is 6/12 and I still have yet to receive registration or a license plate. The vehicle was delivered completely filthy and even with some items of the previous owners in it still. They sent an email stating they would be sending me a $50 Visa card to clean the vehicle, this never happened. I have been pulled over because I still do not have registration or a license plate, and Carvana still cannot provide helpful information. Now to top it off, the warranty I paid extra for has no facilities near me... I have been fighting the last week with Carvana and Assurant for a refund for a service I have never used, and have only been able to sit one hold for 20 minutes(no help), 40 minutes (no help) and my current call is at 22 minutes, but I am not giving up this time. I don't care if I die on hold for this company, I am gonna force someone to talk to me and make this right. So yes, you can get a vehicle quick, but be ready to drive a hot/stolen vehicle forever until Carvana stops dragging a$$. More

I would rate them higher, except for the way funding was handled which ultimately delayed the delivery of my car. We were doing the automatic withdrawal from our checking account which they stated would t handled which ultimately delayed the delivery of my car. We were doing the automatic withdrawal from our checking account which they stated would take approximately 3 days. These 3 days came and went and they still said they did not have the money. Our bank said the payment went the next day. It took an extra phone call a week later to press them to check that the funding was available. Because of this they did not ship my car on time. The person I spoke to said that sometimes they just drag their feet on processing payments. They did recommend us going directly to our bank to complete a wire transfer, but our bank was by appointment only during COVID and an hour away. In the meantime, my money is is limbo and I didn't get my car on time forcing me to take a day off of work. Then on the rescheduled delivery they were unable to delivery my car because they did not have the proper equipment. Instead, they had me Uber (they paid) to their facility 1.5 hours away. For this, they did give me an extra 100 miles for the 7 day return. The car was clean and in good shape. The staff at the pick up facility was nice, accommodating and helpful which is better than most "regular" car dealers, no upsell. More

On the whole, the process went very well. I requested home delivery but was notified the night before that this dealer was short-staffed, and I could get it at the appointed time if I came in person, oth home delivery but was notified the night before that this dealer was short-staffed, and I could get it at the appointed time if I came in person, otherwise it would be several days later. So I drove there and all went really well. I had my mechanic inspect it. It needs work on the brakes and new spark plugs. I talked to the company that offers the limited warranty (SilverRock) and they were easy to work with as well. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that my mechanic found the oil level was way too high. I asked them to drain it back to the Full mark. I’m not sure who put the oil in but I feel like Carvana should have caught it. More
