I have sat on hold yet again through my lunch just to talk to a live person!!! This is the worst decision I’ve ever made…. Still no plates or registration, nor have I received my gift card for the cleaning. Just a vehicle that looks like I’ve stolen and a stupid maintenance company (assurant) whom also doesn’t answer phones…

Still have yet to hear from anyone of you!!! This is such a disservice, and clearly Carvana won’t be around for long with customer service like this. I still cannot get a live person in the phone either at Carvana or their maintenance partners Assurant. I have emailed in, used the chat function and even texted, but can’t seem to get help… Worst $19,000.00 I’ve ever spent, sad every time I drive my car I think about this horrible experience. What a shame
