Your comment “but we also detail every vehicle so it looks as close to new as possible.” If that is the case why did I have to use wheel cleaner to remove hundreds of orange rust spots from brake dust attaching to the paint? Anyone detailing the car would have seen and felt them. They were very obvious. There is no excuse for these orange rust spots on the paint.

After waiting on a 45 minute hold again for the third time, i tried referencing this email to the number you listed to call, they have no idea how to help. All three people saying theres nothing we can do, sorry. Great attempt to look good for the public there carvana, but in reality, still a horrible sales to go through.

You say you are sorry for the condition the car was in, but yet, you have listed the car for sale again and have sold it. The bodywork it needed was going to take over 100 hours to repair and the car has been listed and sold again. The repair quote was sent to your company via your document portal, and yet when I did a search on your site I found the car already sold again. The millage was not updated, and the carfax report was old too. I'm not sure what kind of business you guys are running here, but you should be ashamed of this.
