CARVANA- the worst car selling experience. 100% the worst customer service I have ever seen. Contacted them to sell my 2014 Chevy corvette, gave me an offer. Uploaded all documentation. After waiting on the phone for 2 hours, they proceeded to tell me a document wasn’t uploaded properly. Got that handled. Had a guy on the phone and my credit union so they were able to get all information needed. Well now it’s been 2 days, no update. Called back today...on the phone for 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t help me since the co-signer on the vehicle lived in a different state. Even though the title says “OR” not “AND” for this reason. You’d think as an online company located all over the US that they would have a protocol for this situation. e-doc signature, have the participant in the other state go to a carvana there and verify and sign and transfer it. Oh not to mention the last person of contact was a manager named Claudia who deleted my account and hung up on me. Got a call back hours later from a gentleman explained the situation, he said he was able to find the account and then hung up on me. Something is very SKETCHY about this whole situation. 10 days and 5 hours wasted on the phone. WOW. The reason Carvana will never be better than driving up to the dealership. Would not recommend. The process was just about as easy as advertised, with a few hiccups along the way that I want to address if only to let others know what to expect. After I bought the car and signed the contracts, I starte few hiccups along the way that I want to address if only to let others know what to expect. After I bought the car and signed the contracts, I started getting text updates to let me know what to expect before and on my delivery day. Communication was clear and concise and when I needed more information I was able to get it quickly via Sebastian the robot or a real human advocate. I did attempt to update my delivery address, and in the process lost my delivery day for a short while and that really stressed me out. The next available date wasn't until a week later and it was really disappointing. I spent a whole afternoon refreshing and finally got my original slot back, but it was way too stressful for such an important thing and they need to make that a lot more clear before you try to make updates to your order. The second thing that was stressful was the texts telling me what to expect didn't include everything that I needed to expect. Then on delivery day all of a sudden I had these emails that I needed to log in and get some documents notarized. It took over an hour to get everything together, get connected with a notary, go through all the steps, etc. It was frustrating just because they kept telling me I was "all set" and that all I had to do was wait for my delivery. Then more paperwork was spring on me at the last minute. I understand the paperwork and the notary; not a problem. Just let me know in advance so I can carve out time for that! Finally, delivery was delayed by about 2 hours. Not a huge deal for me, but could have been on the wrong day. Prepare for "cable guy" type flexibility with the delivery. One final note, my tire pressure was extremely low on all four tires. 25 psi when the tires were supposed to be at 30 psi. Tire pressure light came on after about 20 min of driving. Scary, unsafe. Should not have arrived to me in that condition, but luckily it's a free and easy fix. More
Overall great experience. I rated a 4 only because I returned the 1st vehicle after I noticed some cosmetic issues that were not shown on the site. Thought was it was a poor repair made by previous owner that finally failed. The delivery of swap vehicle was postponed the day of for a week. I will say that the gentleman that delivered the 2nd vehicle was great and created a stress free environment. Great job to DeShawn! I have run into an issue but I know my 7 days are up so I will be figuring my next steps. It appears that Jeep Cherokee's are oil thirsty. 500 miles in and I just put 3 quarts of oil in it. Disappointed in that, but I don't believe that's a Carvana issue. More

The app gave me some trouble, but the phone support was world class. During my delivery there was some damage to my car as well, and they had opened up a warranty claim for me before I had even received the car. Every step of this process was the opposite of a traditional dealership. Could not be happier with the experience. Only criticism is that the process (paperwork needed, details financing with a third party, etc) could be spelled out more clear before beginning the process. Once you commit to a car, the timer that starts can feel stressful. (though you can just call the 800 number for help) More
