The reason for 2 stars is because I feel like at the least the representatives reached out in a timely manner. I ordered a car that was to be delivered 5 days post that order date. 2 days before deliver least the representatives reached out in a timely manner. I ordered a car that was to be delivered 5 days post that order date. 2 days before delivery it got delayed. Ok, no biggie I get it. Things happen. Got delayed for a little over a week. The day before the new delivery date they proceeded to inform me the vehicle was once again delayed. I had 2 different explanations as to where the car was and wasn’t. Come to find out it hadn’t moved at all in 2 weeks. The car was in the same state I’m in. I received no further explanation and chose to not rearrange my schedule any further and cancelled my order and went to the dealership and got a brand new one for just slightly more, the day after I called them and they had everything ready to go. Eliminating the middle man isn’t always the way to go. I’d never order again. More
I've been overall very happy with the experience. The one disappointment regards the alignment of the vehicle. When I got it on the highway, I noticed that it was a good deal out of alignment. I took it to my local shop and they said it could be aligned after the camber on the front right was repaired, which I did. It was only a few hundred dollars, but alignment is something fairly obvious that I thought would have been taken care of. More

Awful from beginning to end. Was sold a lemon that was so unsafe to drive the mechanics couldn’t release it back to me.
