This car buying process was not as painless as it’s been advertised. The customer service and underwriting team made the process incredibly complicated and stressful, including telling me one thing about wh advertised. They also completely reset my purchase at one point (when I asked them to add my co-buyer onto the documentation when they had assured me the co-buyer was already on the paperwork) and tried to quote me $1000 less for my trade in than what they reported out to my bank. Overall I had a very good experience. I would actually give 4 and half stars. I had a few issues during the purchasing and financing process, but costumer service did help work out these I would actually give 4 and half stars. The delivery was a little delayed, but the dealer and delivery driver did reach out to communicate this and why. I would recommend Carvana to others and will probably use them for my next car purchase. More
