about two weeks after purchasing the car, the battery died. While I was driving it, I noticed that the oil life was only at 44%. I would not expect either of these two to occur in such a short time...V died. While I was driving it, I noticed that the oil life was only at 44%. Carvana has not paid off my trade in over 30 days past when I traded it in to them. Their treasury ops department keeps lying to me. I've literally caught them twice now, saying they sent it only to learn when I traded it in to them. Their treasury ops department keeps lying to me. I've literally caught them twice now, saying they sent it only to learn later that it was not sent. I now owe payments on a car I haven't owned for over a month and also have to make payments on my new car. I will never do business with Carvana again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else using them. They're dishonest. More

The shopping process was easy. The pick up process was great. The in between sucked. Once I completed my purchase I received several emails and text messages saying the car was no The pick up process was great. The in between sucked. Once I completed my purchase I received several emails and text messages saying the car was no longer available and then it was and customer service reps kept giving me different answers .my pick up window changed to a month away without me receiving any kind of courtesy call. I had to call customer service about 15 times through the process to get everything straightened out. It was very stressful and took a lot of time out of my day. More
