My experience on the phone was ok since I was speaking with an underwriter and understood that they were unable to help. I switched to the chat feature. First person was not rude, but also not helpful. The next person ended the conversation before she answered my question. Then the third person on chat basically said hello then ended the conversation immediately after. I then tried the texting option. That advisor became rude with me then had the gall to say that if I wasn’t professional with her she would be forced to end the conversation. Everyone was apologizing and saying how they wanted to make it right, but no one did. But backing up to the initial problem, how the heck do you lose a contract?! I went through the entire process and scheduled my delivery, submitted everything that was requested, financing was approved, then silence. I was in class prior to delivery so I didn’t think about whether or not I should receive a call from the driver. 10mins after my scheduled delivery I still hadn’t heard a word so I had to do my own investigation and there was nothing in my account. How can this happen?! Then I find out that my vehicle had been sold to someone else in the meantime?! Seriously?! How can this happen? Is there no one checking on order status and confirming that everything goes smoothly? That lack of communication is by far the biggest disappointment of my experience.
