I bought an Elantra, but decided I would LIke an Infiniti more. The trade wasn't difficult but there were some frustrating technical difficulties and getting my insurance confirmed was a real headache. It he more. It held up the switch for several days while Carvana figured out what was going on. In the end, I did get the car I wanted. I first bought a Hyundai Elantra, but changed my mind after I drove it, as I wanted something a little more luxurious. The people I dealt with were very accommodating. They were polite and apologetic over the glitches we fought through in order for me to purchase an Infiniti Q50. Swapping out the Elantra was no problem. They extended the 7 day grace period as the paperwork was not ready, and even brought a lovely gift when they came to swap out the cars. I don't think I'll do it again, but it was an interesting experience, and the car I ended up buying, an Infiniti Q50, is outstanding. More

First came he selection for what I was looking for, which to say the least was great. Second came the no haggle pricing for both my trade-in and the vehicle I purchased, both numbers were good numbers. Third to say the least was great. Third came the delivery of my vehicle, the delivery was on time and professional, this included my test drive for 15 minutes or so. Fourth and most importantly was the 7-Day no questions asked return where I had to return the car after a few days of ownership due to a couple of relatively minor issues. With the return I selected another of the same vehicle and once again the delivery was on time and professionally handled. I would like to Thank Seth Rubio out of Nashville, TN for a great return/swap, the whole process went smoothly. Today on 5/26/2021 I'm just over a week out and with the replacement choice of vehicle I am very pleased. The entire buying experience was great, the staff handling the return/swap were great to work with. I'll look to Carvava for the purchase of another vehicle without question. More
