The experience was a full blown 10 of 10 and I am astonished at the level of professionalism throughout the entire purchase. Not only did they offer great interest rates and terms, the Benz was delivered on a flatbed to my driveway, doors were opened, hood went up, tailgate clicked opened with one of the two FOBs, all detailed, filled to the top with fuel, with a 1 week guarantee (after the initial test ride and acceptance), a 3 year optional bumper to bumper, and the hard tags on the way to me three days later. Now, here’s my “car guy” “dealer guy” evaluation. I love all my car stores, the people, top to bottom. I respect the necessity of the dealership industry and it’s capabilities and capacities, but, the BEST dealers are gonna really learn that their stronghold is now absolutely Parts, Service and the Body Shop - and I speak with 36 years of working seriously as a pro in every department - if you don’t have your stuff together and if this plan is not in your sights, if you are not serious about these three departments, you better get out of the way, because they are coming at ya, 💯 - critical mass. We have been saying it for 30 years, since the real retail ability of the internet started, it just took time for it to come to the mass level of a company like this. CarMax is just as much a contributor to this style of sales. Anyway, I love my car and appreciate the efforts from the provider. More

Carvana advocates are very helpful and easy to deal with, especially online which is a huge plus. The delivery / trade in process was also a positive experience. Negatives - I chose a vehicle and scheduled delivery about 14 days after purchase on my own accord. The day of my delivery the local carvana location called and stated they just received the vehicle that morning and needed to put new tires on (the website stated new tires had already been installed). They also stated they needed to re-attach the splash guard under the front end. This resulted in a re-schedule of my delivery. 1 day after delivery the entire splash guard assembly they said they were re-attaching came apart while driving. The claims process was easy through an online advocate. So all in all less than a week of owning the car and already at the mechanic albeat for something fairly minor and covered by the claim. I recommend Carvana because the people are easy to deal with and you don’t have to go to a pressure situation at a dealer. You just have to be mindful that you are still buying from a dealer and also buying a used car. More
