Delivery was an hour late but the driver ensured to text to keep me up to date on the time. Everything went extremely smooth. They did kinda get cheap on the part prices, I guess they must check ebay prices. I did pay additional money to get the vehicle repaired as I didn't want the cheapest parts possible on my vehicle. But I can't complain because if I went the normal dealer route I would have been stuck paying 1,700 in repairs out of pocket instead I paid 275. Carvana did put new tires on the vehicle before shipping it but they failed to clean the rims prior to mounting the stick weights so they fell off leaving me with a shaking ride. Silver rock ended up covering the real ancestry.com through on if the recommend repair places. I ended up going with caravana due to their trade in value, I was quoted 7,500 trade in for my 2013 Honda si, Carvana gave me 11,500. I would highly recommend going with Carvanna, a better way to buy. More

It was almost a pleasure to deal with Caravana as compared to a car dealer and sitting for hours as you fight for a fair price. We had bought a Kia Soul years ago from the local dealer so we returned compared to a car dealer and sitting for hours as you fight for a fair price. We had bought a Kia Soul years ago from the local dealer so we returned to them and eventually drove a Sportage. We loved it. But dealing with the price was hard. They would not budge from a high price. So we decided to look some more. Then we looked on line. Caravana had the easy site to search. We found our car easily. It was a great price for way lower miles. The people walked me through the purchase each step of the way. I will be back. More
This was my first time going with Carvana, and I was very apprehensive based on mixed reviews I had read (cars being sold that had previously been in crashes/had rust, etc). And my buying process with Carvana started off bumpy, which only heightened my hesitancy. It took about a month for Carvana to even post photos of the van I put on hold (I'm assuming because they were making sure nothing was wrong with it). When it was finally posted, my preapproved interest rate suddenly increased by 2 points. Felt like a bait and switch. Next, my original delivery date was canceled and rescheduled. I work very long hours and had to rearrange my schedule due to this. Then the hauler wasn't big enough to safely transport my van to me, so the delivery woman had to drive it to me and then drive my trade-in back. Carvana replaced 2 tires but left 2 nearly balding tires on. Why not replace all the tires??? Didn't make sense and just added another pain-in-the-butt issue I had to deal with/schedule at local shop (where I waited 4 hours for the tires to be changed out). Honestly, I would have docked 1-2 stars for all of those things. HOWEVER, what redeemed the whole experience was my delivery lady, Tabby. She went above and beyond what was required (she used to work at Disney if that gives you any indication of how chipper and positive my experience was with her). She had such a wonderful attitude and outlook on life, apologized for the delay in delivery, bought me a handful of things for the van (cup, keychain, air freshener, and Burt's Bees goodies), and she even went out of her way to FedEx me a Target gift card for all of the inconveniences. She really went to bat for me in getting the other 2 tires replaced, and I can't thank her enough for making my first experience with Carvana so worth it. She'd bring a smile to even the grumpiest of customers - give this woman a raise! More

What was in the original documents, that I signed , did not match what Car Fax reported. Your document stated several different people or organizations owned the car before me. Car Fax said the car had only one owner.. When I bought the car I was relying on the Car Fax. I should have read you contract closer. MY BAD, I almost called to have you come and get it. More

You have to make sure when you place an order that you know exactly what you want Re: warranty, down payment etc... I thought I can order then speak to someone about those items, but no. Every time I made a change my delivery date changed for one week later and they ran my credit check again and replaced the order. I was expecting someone to call me after I placed my order to congratulate or thank me and to answer pending questions, but no one called. I had a cashier’s check made out to Carvana at the time of delivery and the person wasn’t sure if they can accept it. After 2 others had told me to have it ready. She was on hold in front of my house for 2.5 hours and said she might have to take the car back. I had to work the next day. Finally after 10:00pm she said I could keep the car. It’s a hassle free new way of buying but people should be assigned a person to follow up immediately. No one went over the functions of the car like an in person dealer. The paperwork was easy and based on the price I would purchase through them, but I would not feel comfortable recommending them to my friends or family yet. More
