I bought a car through Carvana this month. They postponed our delivery three times due to different reasons. Once we finally received the car, the brakes and battery needed to be replaced and the check engin our delivery three times due to different reasons. Once we finally received the car, the brakes and battery needed to be replaced and the check engine light came on after 3 days of regular driving. The customer service is good, they always answer with little wait. We are now happy with our vehicle but not as convenient or quick as they claim. More

The best thing about Carvana is to look for cars but the process really depends on who you talk to. Some don’t know help you in the process and later on it gets difficult. I really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was super nice and they didn’t try to push me into buying extras. I would definitely recommend going with Carvana! I wish they had a better referral bonus because I would definitely have made some extra cash from the several people I pushed to buy a car through Carvana. The car was extremely clean and I do not think the photos/ description of the car did it justice. Normally when you look at used cars at a dealer they say how amazing they are but then you’re very disappointed by the smell inside the car, how dirty the car is and how it just doesn’t seem well maintained. With the car I received from Carvana I was surprised it wasn’t a brand new car. It was spotless, smelled great and didn’t seem like it had even been occupied before I received it. More

Bought car and insurance and completed documents Wednesday. Was excited because needed car within a week. Seven hours on the phone trying to get Carvana to talk to Progressive about problems with Wednesday. Was excited because needed car within a week. Seven hours on the phone trying to get Carvana to talk to Progressive about problems with a form needed for registration. Finally finished five minutes before deadline and was promised car on Saturday. Canceled weekend plans to wait for car. Received email less than one day before delivery om Friday that would not get car for two weeks. This was followed by four hours on the phone with rep promising to get a different car by Monday. I agreed and bought new insurance for the car. Was called to confirm the insurance Saturday morning and assured all.paperwork was in order for delivery on time. Received email four hours later that car order was canceled. Spent two hours on hold, dropped once and told that paperwork was not in order for insurance. Total now 16 hours for a car I may never receive. Caravana refused to give direct email or phone numbers for individual representatives, so had to explain situation at least 11 different times to 12 different people who answered the phone. Horrible, and much worse than a dealer. More

The worst experience in my life. So we signed a contract to purchase a vehicle and we had it scheduled to be picked up from a vending machine. Upon showing up the vehicle was in a really bad shape, so we ha to purchase a vehicle and we had it scheduled to be picked up from a vending machine. Upon showing up the vehicle was in a really bad shape, so we had to reject the vehicle immediately before we even turned on the car. They took my file inside and refused to give me the signed copy. The manager said that he wouldn’t buy the car for himself. Selling cars that they won’t buy seems like this company’s policy. As I left the location within 10 minutes I got a call from them saying that we already took my down payment $6,500.00. I was left without a car and no down payment. After talking with them for two days, essentially worthless, Marcy was able to get me the signed copy, that they allegedly put in a shredding machine and refused to give them to me. Bunch of lies and fraud. They expect to take your money leaving you with no option but to purchase any vehicle from them since you will be without a down payment for at least a week. Bait and switch is absolutely forbidden and illegal. We are in the process of filing separate state complaints. More

Just moved to Arizona from Chicago. Chicago is one of those places where it’s more expensive to own your own car as opposed to taking Uber and Transit. Parking is metered everywhere including residential those places where it’s more expensive to own your own car as opposed to taking Uber and Transit. Parking is metered everywhere including residential streets, but in Arizona everything is more spread out and it’s too hot to wait on transit so I knew I would need to make getting a new ride a priority after arriving here. Browsed a wide selection of cars and found a 2020 Chevy Spark with under 2500 miles on it for a great price within my budget. Had it all done in like less than 2 hours because I was comparing a whole bunch of cars. Was able to do all the paperwork online and sign all the contracts online too. I work most weekdays and weekends as a hairdresser so the free car shipping option was awesome for me because I could have my car arrive to me on my day off. Car arrived a bit late but I was given notice beforehand so that was fine. Even got some great help with vehicle registration. If I ever need to buy a car again I’ll be doing it with Carvana for sure. More
