Purchasing the vehicle was quick and efficient. I would recommend they inspect all vehicles before delivery or pick up. Mines had a few problems that were overlooked, so half of my 7 day trial period with recommend they inspect all vehicles before delivery or pick up. Mines had a few problems that were overlooked, so half of my 7 day trial period with the car was spent with my car in the shop. Simple things such as uneven tire pressure all around, a day light lamp light was out, and the second row seat wouldn't latch into place. The warranty was able to cover those problems though which was a good thing. More

This was an experience I would not want to go through again. First, I would suggest not having the option to input a lienholder that you guys do not work with — this caused a lot of delay and issues. Alt again. First, I would suggest not having the option to input a lienholder that you guys do not work with — this caused a lot of delay and issues. Although there is a list provided elsewhere, being able to input an institution you cannot work with cause a lot of problem. I also ran into a maintenance problem with my new car. I went through Silverrock as instructed and when I took my vehicle to one of the maintenance shops on the list, the experience was beyond awful. My car was kept all day after being repeatedly told that they could not hear the very noticeable/loud noise. The technician/shop then started working on my car without first contacting silverrock and when I called silverrock I was told “they aren’t responsible for them” and that I would have to do a reimbursement. I honestly wanted to just return the car but figured that process would probably be xxxx too. Overall not a good experience and I don’t think it is ok that the company SilverRock that you all work with does not take responsibility for the vendors/maintenance shops that they require you to go to. I tried to speak with a carvana supervisor and kept getting the run around or being told “they will tell you the same thing”. Overall frustrating and not a good experience. More

Filling out documents easy, car delivery easy. 2 problems windshield wiper unattached while driving on highway in rain. Front tires will need changing very soon. Everything else perfect. I love the carvana experience no sitting in the deal shop for hours. You can test drive the car and even have a week to make a decision verse having buy the car at the dealship and can’t change your mind. I for hours.
