INCOMPETENT, MORALLY BANKRUPT THIEVES. I would rather set my hair on fire than ever work with Carvana again. I have sold, bought and traded a car through them and not one transaction has ever gone even close my hair on fire than ever work with Carvana again. I have sold, bought and traded a car through them and not one transaction has ever gone even close to smooth, nor have they ever offered so much as an explanation for their poor customer service. My husband and I decided to trade in our two cars for one newer, more reliable car. Online Carvana seemed like the easiest option - dear God were we mistaken. Buying: Paid extra to have the car shipped 5/8. 5/7 they text saying everything is going to plan for my delivery. 3 minutes later they text that we have to reschedule and they will call. No call. I called them, they said "you already rescheduled your delivery for 5/14". I had not as I am not going to be in town 5/14 and actually need THAT CAR to go out of town on 5/14 for a FOUR WEEK LONG TRIP. They say bummer but they can't help me. No credit nothing. Finally (after 1 hour on hold) they say they'll give me a $150 credit REBATE that I have to mail in 7 WEEKS after I get my new car. Fine whatever - move on to today 5/12. I get a text that there are no issues and my car is on it's way. 3 minutes later I get a text that we are delayed and I will be called to reschedule AGAIN. I wait....NO ONE CALLS ME AGAIN so I have to call them AGAIN. They say that the reason the car was delayed shipment in the first place was because the "wiper blades needed to be changed" - the delivery was pushed out a week for that!? Huh? Then they say it is delayed again now because someone hit the car in their lot and they need a new bumper to be ordered. This apparently happened some time ago as the part had been ordered and was "in route" already, but no one thought to inform me of that accident? First person says we can get it 5/18 now. Second person I talk to says it is now 5/19. I obviously canceled the order at this point as they were clearly scamming us with a bait and switch. No cancelation was ever sent and I had to call someone AGAIN - STILL never sent it. At this point my credit has already been dinged for the financing inquiry and I have already updated my insurance to include a new car that I am no longer buying. I have no driveable car as the expiration has now passed on my car for trade in. They wouldn't even offer me a rent a car stipend for pushing my car delivery out TWO WEEKS AFTER TAKING MY ONLY WORKING CAR. Trade In: Never got to do my trade-in as it was attached to my purchase which we canceled promptly. Selling experience: Over an hour late - didn't call until they had missed the appointment window. Called to say they were running late and then were 15 still 15 minutes later than they said they were going to be. I was told everything was OK and I would receive the funds electronically in 2-3 days (originally I was told I would be paid on the spot so again huh!?). It has been 3 days and NO PAYMENT. They now said they are mailing a check to my house now after I told them 3 TIMES that I will be out of town for the next 4 weeks. Why did you make me give you all of my personal financial information if you aren't going to deposit the funds electronically as promised? As of writing this they have stolen one of my cars (I have not been paid) and I have now had to cancel my trade in and car sale. I will be warning literally everyone I meet and posting this review on every platform humanly possible to spread the word. CARVANA IS A SCAM and we will be suing them if we do not receive our money back. More
Absolutely fantastic experience! From the initial search to delivery to final registration, this had been the best, fastest, and easiest car-buying I've ever experienced. I was honestly skeptical about purchasing a vehicle sight-unseen until my best friend used Carvana last year and was thrilled with her purchase. So after visiting several local dealerships and even test driving one which turned out to need a pretty major repair, we gave Carvana a shot. The price was fair, the purchase process super easy, and delivery was top-notch! We took the car to our trusted mechanic who could find zero issues - it even had 4 brand new tires. This purchase was for our son who just graduated high school and needed a new ride since his 20 year-old truck had finally given up the ghost. He LOVES his new Rav4 and thought the delivery process was super cool, as only 17 year old boys can. :) Carvana made everything easy and we only had to sign a handful of documents on delivery so it was extremely efficient as well. I think the entire process took less than an hour from the start of browsing local inventory to the time my son had the keys in hand (other than waiting for delivery, of course). Will DEFINITELY use Carvana again for future purchases! More

After spending all day with Granbury Nissan and all day on phone the day before and still was not able to get a car, it was very refreshing to deal with Carvana. I was able to get prequalified and look for a vehicle in my price range then choose which one I wanted. Alerted when it was available & entered all info requested within 35 minutes, was a done deal! A week later car was being delivered to my front door! So easy and so much less stress I will continue to shop with them from now on. My family and friends were amazed at how easy it was for me and are interested in doing their future buys with them also! Thank you for such a great experience!!! I love my car and all the help I have been given along the way! More
Overall experience good. I like the vehicle I purchased. I feel I got a fair deal. Liked not having to hassle with salesmen. The price is the price. No haggle. That’s great the greatest. Here are my thoughts on the Carvana buying process. Buying the car was extremely easy and the entire process went smooth until confirming my address. This process was tedious and delayed my car deliv Buying the car was extremely easy and the entire process went smooth until confirming my address. This process was tedious and delayed my car delivery by 3 days. When my car arrived, it was over an hour late and when the delivery driver took the vehicle off of the truck he scratched my front bumper. After my first review of the car, I noticed that there were numerous scrapes, scratches, and dings that were not noted on the vehicle's condition report or pictures. Additionally, my car was supposed to come with all-weather floor mats and there were carpet floor mats in the car. These were my initial concerns, but the delivery driver was incredibly helpful and polite and spent nearly 1.5 hrs with me going over the car's condition. The delivery driver noted my concerns and took multiple pictures of the cosmetic damage and submitted them to the warranty company on my behalf. Additionally, brand new all-weather mats were ordered at that time by the Carvana delivery driver. The day after I received my car I noticed that the adaptive cruise control and Audi brake guard system were not working in the car. I called the warranty company and they were extremely helpful and fully covered the cost of the repair at my local Audi dealer. Additionally, there was a malfunction in the lone key that came with the vehicle, but the warranty Company also made that right by covering the cost of a new key at my local Audi dealer. All of the cosmetic concerns I had were also covered by the warranty and have all been approved to be remedied. My final thoughts on this process: Carvana stands by their cars and if the car does not live up to the advertisement they will make it right. Overall, I'd definitely do business with them again! More
Carvana people at Blue Mound, TX were awesome. The run-up to the delivery was weird, because it looks like Carvana systems don't all talk to each other very well.
