And the online process was easy even with changing of ownership name, lender, delivery date and place. THAT WAS THE GOOD PART. Then everything was not according to my expectations of a good used car dealer. First, the I have to wait for an hour for the vehicle to arrive and getting dark. The vehicle looks shiny body and tires but on the closer look, it was dirty with tree saps all over and dried leaves on the wiper channel which the delivery person acknowledged. Opening the van looks clean but smells like a cheap laundry detergent, that was ok because I did not smell cigarette smoke. Then there was the missing floor mat that the delivery person and the advocate I spoke with later promised that it will delivered at home. As of this writing, 19 days later, nothing. Second, gave it a thorough detailing the following day that I found 6 more imperfections that was not listed online and some candy wrapper and peanuts inside, a very low standard of pre- delivery inspection. I am still ok that after several calls and online transactions and going to the repair facility that those imperfections especially the dry rotted window seal will be corrected 6 weeks later. Hope they will do a good job. Third, the brakes was not to my standard so I just cleaned the front brakes only to find that one pad was stuck with rust and not moving. That was still ok because I was able to give it a good repacking and cleaning an pads still way more than the 4 mm standard they have on the 150 point inspection. Fourth, I found that the front knuckles were very rusty that made me wonder how deep is the rust and how long can it hold the weight of the vehicle. This is what makes me not comfortable driving long distance. And this was past the 7 day return period which I technically had 6 days because it was delivered late afternoon. I do not think that Silver Rock will replace this because there was no mechanical breakdown yet and reading the disclaimer by Carvana about buying used car. But the inspector should have look into this knowing that the vehicle was used in snow with salt on the road. I just have to sucked it and probably replace those later from LKQ parts. Fifth, rear break pads were 4-6 mm thick which are uneven. On the first day I already noted that the rear brake pads were thin but the minimum standard is 4 mm, so I ordered an upgrade brake pads online and changed it. Sixtth, brake rotors is warped. After cleaning and replacing their rear brake pads I noted vibration/pulsation on braking. I ordered another replacement part online and plan to change them one weekend. Seventh, Tires are low standard. Two new tires are placed at the rear which are cheap tires, Ironman. The two old ones are 6/32” which is only 1/32” above the minimum which I will probably change when the warranty expires. At this time, three weeks after delivery, the floor mat, which hopefully a Honda original, that was promised by both the delivery person and advocate I spoke with and recorded in their data base. Also they promised $100.00 for cleaning/detailing the van. I am hoping that they can do something about the front knuckles so I can fully enjoy the van. More

The experience with the purchase was simple however when I received the car it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The inside front visors had fingerprints on them, the door had gunk where the window is. Wish I didn't have to get my new car detailed as soon as I got it. The delivery guy was very very nice and apologized. When someone gets a new car they want it to look new regardless if used or not. That was my only complaint. More
The overall process is a win, A+, would recommend, and I'll use them again if I can. That being said I still had to do some work as the individual vehicle details are lacking. The first car that they delivered to me had some issues that I wasn't okay with so I refused the delivery... I have to say that the process was like a dream. The delivery driver didn't pressure me, he simply acknowledged that I had reservations about accepting the car as delivered and took it back with him. The second car they delivered was perfect, they loaded up my trade-in after I signed a few documents and it was all over in about 20 minutes (and 15 of that was taking a test drive in the new car). More
Won’t buy a car any other way . The young man that brought my car and did the paperwork, was outstanding!! He did his job and had a smile on his face the whole time. So far the process has been unbelievably easy. They walked me through everything and made themselves available to answer all of my questions. This was a great experience and I am never going to step foot on a car lot again! More
I have purchased from Carvana before and have referred buyers based on that experience but not again. This time is a little disappointing.
