Buying my new used car has been a breeze. I received $3900 more on my trade-in than the dealership offered and the mileage of the car I bought had at least 15k fewer miles on it than similar ones I had $3900 more on my trade-in than the dealership offered and the mileage of the car I bought had at least 15k fewer miles on it than similar ones I had found on the internet and at local car dealerships. The person who picked up my old car and delivered my new one was friendly and professional. Getting $500 knocked off the price for being referred by a friend was a nice bonus, too. It covered the delivery charge. More

What I expected is what I got from carvana. Bought my car easily, great customer service, delivered to my home. Experience was very smooth. Not really. 1 more search is nothing, I know I’m buying a used car, and antennas are cheap and they were willing to reimburse me. Nothing to complain there. I would only say maybe have people much more detail oriented to be more thorough as the website is so sleak looking, you’d expect super accurate details. More

Only took off a star because I did have to call several times with updates on the title, which took longer than expected and there were long hold times. But overall, it was worth it despite that small hassle. Will definitely purchase from Carvana again. More

I had some issues on hold dealing with my auto insurance update, but considering how little time I put into the whole application in the first place, it was trivial in the end. But..they messed up my license plate transfer request that I know I marked I was keeping my plate and now I am stuck with a new plate that doesn't include my MSU logo (for which I paid for) and my Michigan recreation passport. In order to fix it, they were going to take the car back. I had a brand new plate, so in order to get it again, I will have to pay for yet another one next time I register my car. grrr... I also noticed the car was not thoroughly cleaned in all crevices around the door handles and vents and gearshift and dash. Rather hasty for that... But the system itself and to find the car I wanted? Was amazing!!!!! I enjoyed the process! And the goody bag! And a fan! (I had researched for months). I love my "new" used car! More

The arrival of the trade-in value of our old car was relatively simple. The arrival of the car was an exciting and pleasant experience with the two Carvana deliverers being cordial and ready to answer any question and gave ample unhurried time for 'look over' and test drive. The condition of the car was almost like new, even though the mileage was over 30000. There were no minor defects in the paint that were not pointed out by Carvana before we made our decision to have it sent to us. We knew we liked the car after the try-out drive and felt fully confident that if we did have a change of mind in the 7-day' money back' period that the company would do what it said. It has now been a couple of weeks and we are very glad we dealt with Carvana and are recommending the company to others. Our grade for the company is A+. More

very fast on ordering a truck on Carvana. We where worried about getting a newer truck and didn't want to go through the local dealership and deal with the hassle of that. During lunch break i picked out a truck and call my wife and she said ok and by time lunch was over it was bought. didn't have to deal with a flip flop dealership and wonder if it was a lemon. Got the truck in with in 3 days. Me being a mechanic i went over it through and through. we only has a small issue with very slight idle. called Carvana and they took care of it at no cost to me. We love the experience and the Team At Carvana is very very helpful with any questions and issues that might come up. Our next Car will be bought through Carvana. More
