In the end, a good experience. I got a great car at a fair price and got a great price on my trade in. I accidentally tested the 7-day return policy (actually returned two cars) with no problems. Some lessons learned: Make sure you really want the car you order. Check the car you receive to determine undisclosed faults. Check the CARFAX report and look at the window sticker for complete details. Before the third car was delivered, we did have some communication problems - long phone wait times and dealing with a new contact every time was a bit trying. We finally did get through to Kylee who really got to the bottom of our delay problem and got the ball rolling. Other than that I was pleased with the process and would do it again. More
