This has to be the worse customer service and online experience I've ever had. The 150 point inspection was never preformed, The truck spent 8 days at a dealership for repairs (covered by warranty). My 1st attempt to reserve a vehicle was a crew cab 4x4 V8. But showed up a 2 wheel drive ,V6 single cab. These people really know how to apologize. More
I have never been treated with such honesty, and integrity by a car sales company. Were there problems to work through? Everything was going smoothly, and I was impressed with the process. There was a delay in my delivery but I can forgive that. Carvana has cars all over the country so I had a large enough selection to find exactly what I wanted without leaving my recliner. My only criticism is that the wrong delivery address was entered into the app by Carvana. I found Carvana to be inflexible and impersonal in correcting their error which resulted in a two day delivery delay. On delivery day the car was three hours late for my appointment. Otherwise I was completely pleased and satisfied and I would definitely use Carvana again. More
