I want to start off by saying that although I'm only giving 2 stars, everyone I spoke to with Carvana (which was probably about 10 different specialists) were great to work with. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. However, I wish I could say the same about the process. Nowhere on the website does it say that you cannot trade in a lease; if anything, the website makes it sound like they DO, since the whole process calls out the fact that I have a lease and gave me tips saying how easy it would be to trade in my leased vehicle. When it came time to process the trade-in though, I received a call saying I'd have to split up the purchase of the new vehicle and the selling of my vehicle as two separate transactions. A bit strange, but I was fine with it. After that was squared away, my car delivery was delayed a total of 4 times. The first time was because "they forgot to put it on the truck," which moved my delivery from a Friday to a Monday. Monday morning comes, I get the text saying it's arriving same day, and an hour later I get a new notification saying it's been delayed, again. I called, and it was due to "a driver calling in sick" and it still hasn't been delivered to the hub near me. Apparently drivers call in sick pretty often, because it was delayed another 2 times due to a sick driver. Finally, instead of having the vehicle delivered to me, I went to go pick it up on a Saturday (now 8 days past my original delivery date) because the next available delivery time was the following Wednesday, which would have been almost 2 full weeks past my original delivery date. In the end, I got the car I've been wanting for the last several years, and I couldn't be happier with it. However, it was not worth the hours I spent on the phone and the amount of headaches I went through to get it. To reiterate, the staff was phenomenal and if my review was based solely on that, it would've been 5 out of 5. But the fact that they are not up front with how trading in a leased vehicle works, and the amount of headaches caused by all the vehicle deliveries, I would have a hard time recommending Carvana to friends and family. I would only suggest it if they are trading in a vehicle they already own and aren't in a hurry to get the new vehicle delivered. For anyone else, especially those in current leases, I would suggest looking elsewhere. More
Was one of the easiest and hassle free purchase I have ever done. The Carvana website makes the process simple and easy to find what you're looking for. I will recommend Carvana to anyone that mention they are looking into buying and vehicle. More

So disappointed. Could not get my car registered because emissions ad Vin registration shut down. Call 3 or more weeks ago. The rep said that they would push through the registration. We had a HUGE hiccup. We selected the car did all the forms and waited for our delivery date. Car didn't come. Luckily, I had a nice rep and time to kill because she did the ENTIRE process on the phone with me but it took over 2 hours straight. This is the stuff you would normally email back and forth but if I wanted my car soon I had no choice. So, in the end I spent almost as much time dealing with paperwork as a dealer, had an extra wait on my car, a worse interest rate due to financing through them- also they don't tell you, if you don't go on autopsy, your interest rate changes and goes up. So, no. How could I recommend? And, the car came dirty with sand in it and fast food condiments. More
