For now, I am leaving a 4-star review since I am still in the process of my transaction. I am still missing my owner's manual. Not having a brick and mortar office is somewhat challenging. I could tell you that when I picked up my vehicle, it was not cleaned, the technician may have hand-jammed my license plate frame--mixing a SI metric with a regular (US) bolt and but. I had to sign the documents once again even after I have signed the documents online twice. The process was not as seamless as one may claim. Hence, I am leaving this survey open for what comes next. More
