My main complaints are the differences between the information regarding your purchase on the Carvana website versus the mobile app. For example, information such as funds verification completion will update on the web app, but not the mobile app. Very small issues but could cause confusion. I have never bought a vehicle virtually. I of course did my research about Carvana and the car i wanted to purchase. Fantastic experience & a remarkably easy process to trade in my car. Being able to do this on my own time with no pressure and getting a fair deal for my old car was great. For now, I am leaving a 4-star review since I am still in the process of my transaction. I am still missing my owner's manual. Not having a brick and mortar office is somewhat challenging. However, I am still open to this "new" process of purchasing vehicles online. I could tell you that when I picked up my vehicle, it was not cleaned, the technician may have hand-jammed my license plate frame--mixing a SI metric with a regular (US) bolt and but. I had to sign the documents once again even after I have signed the documents online twice. The process was not as seamless as one may claim. Hence, I am leaving this survey open for what comes next. More
