Good Experience, only improvement I would make to the process is working closer with the 3rd party lenders. Customer service is 5 stars.Friendly staff. Unfortunately the rest is downhill; car interior was not very clean,which was noted and I am supposed to receive a gift certificate to comp. I was also shown a rip in the leather that was not shown online pics, Kudos and thanks to the service agent that dropped off the car as she was concerned. The second key fob was not even programmed or cut, the mechanical system was not checked thoroughly as the water pump was broken. I’ve had to spend so much time traveling to the dealer as it’s not close, rented a car, ubered to handle my normal obligations. It’s been costly and inconvenient. i do like the car and it will be repaired via Carvana 3 rd party claims. But I still don’t have the car because the part is not in yet. More money for car rental and ubers until it’s ready. Very Disappointed with the extra time and money I’ve spent, but customer service is top notch. More
