The three blemishes noted on the terrible quality pictures were the least of the cosmetic issues. Not to mention the car was filthy. They thought covering the black plastic in grease would hide the scratches. Also one of the two key fobs pictured was missing the actual key rendering it completely useless. I contacted carvana next day. They advised me to create a case for each issue discovered by uploading pictures to the site. The next step was to visit a third party vendor called silver Rock to have them assess the damage. Their location is by no way convenient and is the only resolution for damage that wasn't noted. I'm not sure that wasting a day to have a broken key looked at is even worth it. I'm sure that's why they make it difficult to have issues fixed. Also note that once the contract is e-signed there is no negotiating the price for damages not noted by the company. So do not accept the car unless you want to waste time trying to rectify the issue on your own. Great idea. Horrible vehicle descriptions and pictures. They priced the car as if it was mint. it was average at best. I wanted to price adjusted to blue book value of the actual condition and that wasn't possible. Im sure this will go on deaf ears. I called and texted many times. The texts were left unanswered. Be cautious. More

I've had an awful experience with Carvana. They sold me a 2020 Audi Q3 that needed $5700 worth of repairs right away and was deemed not safe to drive when I brought it in for an inspection. It's better to go to a dealership, at least you won't have to deal with being sold a car that has after market parts in it. More
This is my second purchase from carvana. They were true to their word as far as being able to pick another vehicle that fit me better. The first vehicle they bought me wasn't going to work for me so within to their word as far as being able to pick another vehicle that fit me better. The first vehicle they bought me wasn't going to work for me so within the 7-Day period I picked out something else and they bought it to me and picked up the other vehicle. The delivery guys were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The main complaint that I have is in order to talk to a real agent I was on the phone on hold for four and a half hours. I enjoy the experience. More

Love the car! However, the process was difficult and continually provided conflicting information in all areas of communication. Very frustrating to say the least. As an example, the delivery date was continually provided conflicting information in all areas of communication. Very frustrating to say the least. As an example, the delivery date was rescheduled twice, once from the 16th to the 21st and then from the 21st to the 30th, all within a very short time frame or even after the time it was scheduled for delivery. Although rescheduled at their request, the car showed up an hour later on the 21st, after the delivery had already been rescheduled to the 30th. Luckily we were home! Email would say to reschedule, texts would say it’s on track and phone calls would say to reschedule. Don’t even get me started on the trade in/sell! More

I purchased a vehicle that I believed to have some important features (Remote Keyless Access) I was looking for. It's a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. How does it not have that?! They admitted that they were in the wrong and gave me the option to swap it out, which I didn't want, or to get a $100.00 credit. That credit is a fraction of what it would cost to get what I thought it had installed already. They also wouldn't reimburse me if I had it installed professionally and provided a receipt. I am a disappointed about this, but over all the car is still better than my last. More

BEST car buying experience ever! There was great communication throughout the entire process. They took my trade and gave me a great offer so I was able to get a newer car and still pay less than wh communication throughout the entire process.
