I got a very dirty car. They didn't deliver to my although I paid for delivery. They did not give the referral bonus to me although I had a referral. Convenient delivery to my home. Initial delivery was postponed with no explanation. Second time they were prompt. Finding a car was the easy part, it’s everything else that’s provided hurdles. Even though you enter your banking information on their website it doesn’t automatically link it to the other 2 sites that n that’s provided hurdles. Even though you enter your banking information on their website it doesn’t automatically link it to the other 2 sites that need it & their portal doesn’t make it as easy as it should to accomplish that. The car was delivered with some mystery “adhesive” on the paint job. We are working with their insurance to get this issue resolved. Other than those annoyances it’s been a better experience than a traditional dealership. More
This is my second time buying from Carvana and I love it. I went to a dealership first and that was the worst experience ever. Came home and within 2 hours had chosen my Highlander and I love it. The whole thing from start to finish was rough. They were supposed to deliver on a specific day. They called and tried to change the delivery date due to a rubber seal at the bottom of the door. I told them that I would fix it and to deliver it on the day agreed upon. After signing the contracts 3 more times they still didn't hit the delivery date. All of the sudden there were more problems with the car. Meaning that you sold me a car before inspecting it. The car was delivered 2 days later and a dent was found on the back of the car that was not noted in the description and the speakers in the front are blown.. Now I have to schedule a time to go and have it fixed. This whole process has been a nightmare. I have now been told that they screwed up on the documents and had to FedEx me some hard copies to sign and return.. I have done this and I am still getting texts and emails about being "dangerously close to not being able to drive my car". Carvana has screwed up multiple times and sent me multiple contracts and multiple messages about it. I have jumped through every hoop and still don't know if it is enough.. I have had my car for almost a month and I'm still getting hammered by their screw ups. I will NOT be recommending Carvana to friends or family. They have made this vehicle purchase an absolute nightmare. Honestly... It's not worth the hassle or headache... More
