Carvana

This is my second purchase with Carvana. Our first purchase was so simple and easy a year later we came back for a second vehicle. This experience was good but a little rockier than the first. The car battery was dead and the vehicle wouldn't start. After jump starting the car everything was great. Sadly this happened three more times in the next couple of days. We were able to go through Carvana's warranty and get the battery replaced. Just a bumpy way to start car ownership. More

Couldn’t find the car I wanted with the payment that would make me happy. Called the number and within an hr I had the car, payment and all papers signed. Shopping was simple and fast. Upon delivery, I noticed the interior wasn't very clean. Everyone I know selling a used xar would have done a better job. But cleaning is easy, I'm glad all mechanical item the interior wasn't very clean. Everyone I know selling a used xar would have done a better job. Everything went smoothly. Car delivery was delayed a couple of days. Otherwise, no issues. Appreciated the convenience, especially Carvana taking care of the registration process. I definitely took my time before making a purchase via Carvana. It was a smooth process will a minimal glitch. Carvana staff was friendly & professional. Very easy process to purchase a car at a reasonable price. The only complaint is talking to a sales person I didn't always get the dame person.
