My experience was concerning at first cause this is the second time I have bought a car from Carvana and the first time was perfect. But the Mini I got this time wasn’t that clean in the interior and the s second time I have bought a car from Carvana and the first time was perfect. But the Mini I got this time wasn’t that clean in the interior and the service engine light was on and kept sending warning signals. But since this is my second Mini I’ve owned I knew it would be that they never reset it after maintenance or it wasn’t serviced properly from the third party they used so I panicked. But the customer service girl named Kendall was so sweet and so professional and understood my worrying and got it taken care of first thing the next morning. I was so pleased with how she handled the situation and I drove off feeling very happy with my new purchase and all the stress I initially had was resolved perfectly. Thank you Kendall!! The fact that i had to wait a month to pickup my car was a little extreme and very annoying. My other acura during the wait time decided to stop running for that waiting period and so i had to pay gor a ren a little extreme and very annoying. If only carvana had a program where if you dont have a car or your current car breaks down during the time you are waiting for your new car. It would help out and give new customers and give them confidence and trust in carvana. Other than that I would of gave them 5 stars on everything else. The way the customer service rep. handled my situation with them delaying shipment/pickup was amazing. When I finally got to the vending machine and seen my Acura TL, It was so beautfiul and actually better than the picture to be honest. They let me take it on my test drive and after that drive I was like "yup. This is it. This is perfect." It drives amazingly and I had no issues whatsoever with anything on or from the car. More
