Horrible and slow experience. I was trying to trade/sell my current car and purchase a new one from Carvana and it was a painful process to the point I just canceled it and went elsewhere. The purchase process wasnt too bad but the sell process is horrible and slow. Communication is terrible and getting an actual human from that group on the phone is pretty much impossible. Ended up just going to Carmax. More
The fact that i had to wait a month to pickup my car was a little extreme and very annoying. My other acura during the wait time decided to stop running for that waiting period and so i had to pay gor a ren a little extreme and very annoying. If only carvana had a program where if you dont have a car or your current car breaks down during the time you are waiting for your new car. It would help out and give new customers and give them confidence and trust in carvana. Other than that I would of gave them 5 stars on everything else. The way the customer service rep. handled my situation with them delaying shipment/pickup was amazing. When I finally got to the vending machine and seen my Acura TL, It was so beautfiul and actually better than the picture to be honest. They let me take it on my test drive and after that drive I was like "yup. This is it. This is perfect." It drives amazingly and I had no issues whatsoever with anything on or from the car. More

a week prior to my Carcana purchase I drove 2 hours to a dealership to buy a 2020 Mazda. When I arrived they added $1200 on the ad price for bogus fees, conditioning and theft insurance. I stormed off the l dealership to buy a 2020 Mazda. When I arrived they added $1200 on the ad price for bogus fees, conditioning and theft insurance. I stormed off the lot. Carvana had none of that. All costs were crystal clear and necessary. I had a chat person help walk me thru the offer...4 days later, a cute blond dropped the car off at my house, the 2020 Acura TLX looks flawless. The price was good. My single only little gripe is, no owners manual and radio code card or sticker. I spent 2 days figuring out how to get a serial # to get the code. Carvana does not promise an owners manual is included, but I think a Radio code should be included. I just may never go to a Car Dealership again. Caravana seems to be a better system. Click and purchase. Worked for me. More
First time buying a car from Carvana was great. That is why I decided to buy again after that car was wrecked. My second experience was not as smooth. After being excited to receive the new car, it arrived and before it was off the trailer the delivery guy pointed out that the tires were dry rotted and chunks out of one of the side walls. So if I wanted to keep the car, I had to take it and get new tires and deal with the insurance company and waste my time on Saturday. The insurance company agreed to put the cheapest tires possible on a vehicle that originally cost $50000.00. Therefore I paid extra to get descent tires. You would think that at least original equipment would have been used. While getting the tires, the mechanic pointed out that the brakes were shot and also needed to be replaced. Both of the things I would have been expected to have been taken care of on the 150 point inspection that Carvana touts as part of the process. The insurance company paid for the brakes, but should not have been my responsibility. After driving the car, we discovered that there was no back up camera, that it was advertised to have and a extra that I was really looking for. Besides all that the car was nice looking and after going through all the financing, we were not up to starting the process from scratch and ended up keeping the carvana did reimburse us $500 for the camera and that was appreciated. I would prefer to have the camera.So this experience has been frustrating and Carvana has some work to do to keep my business or to get a referral. So the yes on recommending the dealership comes with some hesitancy. More
Fair price on the new vehicle, and 2k better trade in compared to the local dealers. Smooth process from start to end.
