The process of finding a vehicle was super easy. Search, order, and wait. The day I picked up my vehicle I immediately had issues with the tire pressure monitoring system. So, after repeated attempts to use the chat feature and online feature to report an issue I finally spoke with a real person. They referred me to the extended warranty people. So, two days after picking my car up I spent a day with it in the shop. And the list of preferred shops is terrible. So, I get the car, drive about 10 miles, and the same error code occurs. I call the shop back. I spent another day with the car at the shop. When I pick it up they advised they are not sure if it is fixed. Silverock wouldn't approve factory replacement parts so the car may not be able to read the new TPMS sensors. So, new car is in the shop 2 days out of the first 5. You can't actually talk to someone about the issue at Carvana. They just refer you to the extended warranty people. Now, I have to make an appointment with an actual Hyundai dealership because only they can replace a particular module or reprogram it. And, since that isn't a preferred vendor with the warranty people I guess I will pay $50. Which is kind of crappy since the problem, according to Pep Boy who attempted to repair the issue twice, existed since the new tires Carvana put on the vehicle and they did not disclose it at purchase. I would not repeat this mistake again. Go to a traditional dealership if you want any sort of customer service. More
I am a visiting nurse and it took me a month to get my car. I thought that Carvana would be a fast and great way to buy a car since I really didn’t have time to go car shopping. My car delivery was canceled over 5 times and each day it was scheduled to be delivered I took the day off work . I lost a lot of money since I couldn’t always barrow a car to go from client to client . I finally received the car a month after the first delivery date. I do love the car and do like the way it was delivered. The car delivery guy was great and knowledgeable about the car. More
I was mad at the condition of my new vehicle! The vehicle was not clean and has been smoked in. Poorest condition of the 5 vehicles I have purchased from Carvana. The delivery date in not set in stone so be ready for delays in delivery of your vehicle. The usual excuse is covid 19 or missed transition during shipment. Our vehicle was delayed twice as stated in previous sentence. We had to cancel family vacation plans and reschedule twice...very frustrating for us. Nothing was smooth in delivery. Plus, the 150 inpection checklist is untrustworthy, all fluids were filthy, dirty and low. Wipers were falling apart. Front Struts were bad. Need more than the 400 mile / 7 day test drive. I'm at the automobile garage now waiting for all these issues to be corrected so we can finally go on our family vacation. I would say, hope your experience with Carvana is better than our trying time with our vehicle. More

Overall a very good experience. I would buy again using Carvana. I would have given 5 stars, but there were a couple of hiccups in the purchase. Very hard to reach someone by phone. They promote chat/text but agents just tell customers to call in. I really want to love Carvana but they fail in the customer service and working with 3rd party f chat/text but agents just tell customers to call in. I really want to love Carvana but they fail in the customer service and working with 3rd party financing area big time. No one seems to be able to take the ball and make sure issues are resolved. More
